Very good service. Vet & vet techs are very knowledgeable and helpful.Very thoughtful, we recently had to have both our dogs put down, within a month, and I just received a sympathy card signed by all the staff. Thank you for your kind words.

Amazing first experience and so grateful I found them. I went to the Vet up the street prior to this when I first moved here and really was not impressed at all. Their staff were snobby and a little stand offish. Here, from the second we arrived they were focused on us and the Vet was nothing short of awesome. I have a full crew of Border Collies who can be finicky (as they saw with my girl) but they handled her with no judgement and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have several appointments booked with them this year and I'm so thankful I found a great vet after moving from the Mauricie.

Excellent customer service and animal care. From Johanne at reception, to Patrick who prepares the medication, to Dr. Stephanie, who took her time, was professional yet approachable, and very kind. This is the third vet I try, and--by far--the best.

I brought my bernese mountain dog in when he was limping and the team took great care of him and was able to diagnose the problem. Everyone was very friendly and everything was speedy. They answered all my questions and gave us the appropriate medication for his foot. We will definitely be coming back.

I thought I had a good service at my vet until I came here. The service here blows everyone else out of the competition. You aren't just a number and your questions are answered without asking you for a mendatory consultation (and fee). They take all the time you want, even blowing past your appointment, it's calm and comforting for your animals and there isn't a 1+ week delay for your standards appointment !! I never saw any vet go into this much details just for a simple checkup. I love it!

I was so impressed that the vet took time to introduce herself to my dog so my dog didn't get frightened. There was no hidden fees, and they did not try to sell any products. The staff are very friendly as well. Overall, I'm I very happy with their service!
