I can't say enough good things about this company right now. The customer satisfaction / service is exceptional. I called them recently with a problem, several years after they installed my new roof . Francis was there the very next day , sent a gentleman onto my roof to discover my problem , which incidentally had nothing to do with the roofing work. Then he went out of his way to help me address my newfound chimney problem.Thank you Francis, for your companies wonderful work and for your outstanding commitment to make sure your clients are happy and have peace of mind knowing you truly care and take the time to keep your customers satisfied, even when it may have nothing to do with the great work of Toitures Pro-Tech. Dix ans après installation, des bardeaux ont été arrachés par un barrage de glace. J’ai contacté la Pro tech et ils sont venu le lendemain tout réparer. Service après-vente impeccable.

L’équipe Pro-Tech est vraiment professionnelle et minutieuse. Ils ont effectué le remplacement des bardeaux d’asphalte, le maximum et recouvert la cheminée. Ils ont tout nettoyé le site avant de quitté. Excellent travail, je les recommande fortement.

The team that works with Francis Brunet is always such a delight! They are punctual, courteous and go out of their way to explain things which of course Me Brunet does as well.It was because my first experience with Pro-Tech of recovering the house roof was so very positive some 10 years ago that I asked them to come back and recover the garage and Office roof. Nothing has changed . the work is excellently executed and at the end of the day the property was left immaculate!

Le remplacement complet des bardeaux de la toiture s'est bien passé. Pour une réparation, ce fut un peu compliqué de les rejoindre, mais ils ont envoyé une personne très professionnelle qui a non seulement effectué rapidement la réparation, mais qui m'a aussi expliqué les causes et les solutions.
