Very unaccommodating! They are not concerned about the patient’s health and will tell you they don’t have an appt for you till August even tho you told them it’s an emergency. They don’t care. Last time I called in March for an emergency, they did not get back till 3 days later. Very dissapointrd. Will be changing my doctor!

Completely incompetent staff, and the doctor clearly knows this judging by all the reviews unanimously stating how rude and worthless they are. Avoid at all costs, have never had such a bad experience even in low bar walk in clinics.

Very unorganized. Had an appointment at 1:30 and ending up leaving there at 4:30. They have no respect for time and think people have nothing to do but wait for them.

Very welcoming, friendly environment. Had a great chat with the doctor. We both shared our experiences and he was really helpful and knowledgeable as well an he provided fast and precise service.

i usually never leave bad reviews but this time i just felt like i had to, insanely rude doctor. hate this man with a passion, i could excuse him for being rude to me but then he proceeded to make fun of my mother and be highly condescending towards her. he also kept making judgy comments about my life and when i let him know i didn't appreciate his tone he said i'm too immature to get contacts which i had come there for???? i immediately went to another doctor for contacts and he was like a messiah compared to this old boomer. ive noticed hes nicer and rarely patronizing to his male clients compared to his female clients so add misogynistic on top of that

Appointment at 11 and told that I have to wait 2-2.5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have never come across such a rude front desk ever in my life. She doesn't even deserve this star but I had no choice to put this review here. Terrible receptionist. Stay away, you will feel better.

Pathetic service! I would advise everybody to never visit this doctor. There are many more eye doctors in Brampton who are worth your money and health. He was my family eye doctor. I called them on an emergency basis, first the receptionist was rude and didn’t acknowledge any emergency. Then I visited in person. They had their doors locked, and on knocking the doctor came out himself who had some anger issues and talked very rudely and refused to give me the treatment despite of me telling him that it was an emergency and I was ready to pay for his service. I am very thankful that I found new ophthalmologist who know how to respect his profession and value his patients. Beware do not go to Dr RK Jaidka. CPSO please look into this.

Absolutely terrible wait times. Always over booking appointments. Waited 2 hours for a 3 pm appointment. Would never recommend to anyone.

0 star/ Wonderful Doctor but pathetic front desk. I called up at least 15 times to reschedule appointment but no body picked up the phone. Really disgusting
