Unfortunately, it took 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich this morning because they prioritize the drive-through over the walk-in customers. This is terrible for the environment as all these cars are idling in line. Whereas the rest of us parked our car and should be the priority if we are the walk-in customers.

I drived through the chocolate cookie crumble frappachino and absolutely no taste. No sweetness, no cookie crumbles. Then we went in and took a new drink that was good.

Whoa, this is the biggest Starbucks I have ever seen. It's at least as large as a regular restaurant. There are charging plug ins everywhere and semi private wall alcoves. It seems to be designed to be pandemic proof"? Very smart."

I had a lovely woman take my order. But witnessed a barista be extremely disrespectful to a customer waiting 15 minutes while I was there at least for their drink. Even if it takes super long to make a drink there is no reason at all to speak disrespectfully in a job of customer service. The manager needs to do some clear work with the baristas. Starbucks in Vancouver face way more and still maintain good composure. The employee who was rude continued to stomp around the Starbucks and glare at customers.

It's just another Starbucks coffee shop that is a lot more spacious than usual l. Way bigger but not appealing and doesn't have the ambiance for staying, Seating area is somewhat limited and weird. Looks that its not well planned from its potential . But its quite and you can get a lot of privacy here. Excellent place to do some work stuff.

The services is extremely poor but more than anything besides that they always make a mistakes with your order they give you attitude!!. For the moment I won't be using this location until they get their act together. I know it's very hard to find staff in Squamish but I think they need to improved and more than anything how they speak to the customer specially coming from the Manager.

Visit twice. Both times Not welcomed and they are not friendly. She was kind to the lady and spend long time to meet all requests in front of me but not to me. New interior but will not go there ever.

We waited 15 minutes in the line up just to have our order taken ( one girl on till only) we then waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. The cafe was flooded with people and not one time did a barista call out that they were working on someone’s drink. Awful communication from everyone in this store. We also got our drinks before people who ordered 15 minutes in front of us.
