I am down grading my rating for this location, I have spent over 5K in the last 4 weeks at this location, most of the employees here have a bad attitude like you are bothering them when asking questions. Total disrespect for the customer: the employees have this arrogance about them, smart mouthed employees are not good for business. I blame it in the management for not knowing what is happening with the employees. I pay your bills, and you should all act like you want the business. So there you have it, this location is the worst when it comes to customer service. Be prepared for arrogance.

Pro desk......what a joke....while michael comes off as helpfula dn friendly, he lacks reading skills and know how. Fails to.mention that items ordered for delivery are not available, which were required to start my project. Then flatout lies that they can't refund at the pro desk....despite having one done the day before. Pro"....whats a joke"

This place is huge and chances are you will find what you are looking for. We came from Whitby to buy a generator and related accessories during a power outage in our area. This was the only place opens and well stocked. Chris the sales representative at the electrical products was knowledgeable and helpful.

Just went back again to the lumber area. All of the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I ended up dealing with Tyler, he took the time to explain everything to me. This experience was far better than Lowe's competitors. Highly recommend this store!

Rent a van, so dirty discussing.Lamber quality very bad compare to other stores also price of lumber is higher. Never believe them for prices much.I want to get some wood today price difference Home Depot and Lawes 30cent for piece and they don’t much if less then 1dollar.I was need 75 pieces so by 30 cents it is price difference of $22.50 and they don’t care and don’t much the price.Will back to other store for all my projects.Hope you not getting scammed by this store.And one more thing, they don’t care about your time, can promise you bring products and forget about you, than was my experience today unfortunately.

Checked their online stock for 4 patio cushions. Stated they had 15 in stock. Drove 30min to get to the store and there was 0 on shelf. Attempted to get help from employees and waited 20min for assistance. Finally we located the store manager who found the cushions (16). Then had to wait another 15min for him to get them down from the shelf. It's no wonder the store was almost absent of customers. Service is terrible and inventory is inaccurate. It obviously doesn't pay to shop in person anymore!We won't be shopping at Lowe's again in the near future...or maybe we should say we are going to shop there and just not show up....just like their website

Spoke with a Jessica at the costumer service desk do to with a product that i had just purchased, and that scanned at a more expensive price.She was very polite, and corrected my problem quickly and with no excuses, or push back.One of the Best experiences I have had at Lowe's to date.Does not surprise me that it took place at this Newmarket location.Best Lowe's that I've gone to in my opinion.
