Money hungry and neglectful of property.. who charges for visitor parking especially in a city of 125,000? I've lived here 5 years and when DMS took over they made everything harder for the residents. Demanding more money and not even doing the basic bare minimum required to run a property efficiently. Repairs go unfixed for months. Thank you DMS for causing all the discomfort and lack of finances.. I really appreciate it.

Building landlord is the most professional, friendly, always going out of her way. Landlord I've ever had! Shes always cleaning all traffic areas making sure outside areas remain clean from debris. Extra disinfecting in elevator and stairwells, plus she takes care of another building on top.of where I live! Very well managed. Big bonus she loves animals even though shes allergic she still tries to interact with all of our furbabies. I cant speak for other places but I know Shelley at Runnymede road units is one heck of a landlord!

I have lived here for 5 years and haven’t had many issues. I will say parking is an annoyance as people park In my spot at least once every weekend and it leaves me with no where to park and no real enforcement other than a letter on their windshield ( that doesn’t help me at the time).

Have had incredibly sporadic heat for last two years, despite pleading for aid. We had a bed bug infestation at 710 Sir John A MacDonald Blvd that spanned several floors. Undesirables are left to roam the halls and sleep in stairwells, last year one sliced my head with a boxcutter. Building management treats tenants like animals. Perpetually broken garbage shoot, blood on the laundry room door for the last few weeks, and an unpleasant general odor are some of the other selling features of this location.I wish I could rate lower than one star, this company is courting human rights violations.

If I could I would give this company minus five stars. At the beginning of the pandemic shut down they start charging visitors to park their cars. This is mean and petty. I live alone and have family visit daily but now they can't come nearly as often because they can not afford $100.00 + a month for parking. It is so sad this company is gouging not just their tenants but now the visitors.Also, they hand out parking tickets if you forget to top-up the parking fee.Plus, good luck getting maintenance done.

If I could give them a negative 10 I would. Who charges for visitor parking? They now require us to leave our home to drive somewhere else and get a parking permit for our guests if its after 5pm?! How is that even legal? I didn't sign anything agreeing to that and how can they enforce such things out of nowhere?! They also now have parking police" at our place. I thought things would get better when they took over

This review is for 700 Sir John A. If the Cecil Hotel were an apartment building; this would be it. This derelict building has a major Pharoah Ant infestation that never seems to be resolved no matter how many times Abell Pest Control comes. Transients in the area check car door handles every night because there are no cameras or security. Our storage locker in the basement was broken into last spring by transients who were sleeping in the basement. We had thousands of dollars worth of our tools stolen, and DMS did absolutely nothing and did not care about our huge loss, instead just blaming the old locks on the storage room doors. Our unit is so old that it still has glass fuses and can't run everything we need to plug in without blowing a fuse. They replaced the floor to ceiling bay windows in all the units a couple years ago, with metal paneling along the bottom portion that has no insulation, so it's blazing hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. They put stoppers on the windows so that they won't crank open more than a few inches. This allows for virtually no airflow or escape if there were ever a fire. We can never have guests over because they charge for visitor parking. There's a lady who hangs around the lobby/entrance all day bumming cigarettes off people. I've also seen rotting food in the stairwell for literally months on end because no one was cleaning there. They plow all the snow into my parking spot so I have nowhere to park when I get home, and when I call the office to  complain, they do nothing to resolve the situation, simply stating that they will make note" of it.The real kicker is how much they charge people for the newly renovated units

I live here and can't get any maintenance! The rent is 2000 a month for bug invested dumps somebody help me.

Based on Notch Hill Rd apts...Great company to rent from, very clean bldg and grounds outside. The bldgs inside are beyond clean. Staff on site are courteous and polite.Only complaint is those who have dogs on site, their are 15% of time do NOT pick up after animals.
