Canada Post

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I've never had worse customer service in my life. I witnessed the clerk be hostile and rude to three customers ahead of me so I knew what was coming. I was informed they would not supply tape or plastic label pouches (I've never been to a Canada post location that doesn’t offer these?) so I purchased a roll of tape and offered to leave it behind for other customers to use. The clerk just stared at me and said nothing so I asked if that was okay and he said super rudely 'you can do whatever you wish'. I get we all have bad days but c this interaction should not have been that uncomfortable.

I am not a fan of this outlet. Poor customer service, they are not as knowledgeable as Canada Post. They also wanted to charge me $0.25 for a piece of scotch tape for fixing my parcel. OMG! I only go to Canada Post outlets now, better service all around.

I find the staff at this location are hostile, unhelpful, and make mistakes. The post office is often out of supplies (including stamps one time!!). They never go out of their way to be helpful, courteous or provide anything extra. It's very disappointing.

Basically permanently closed. take the sign down!! The big dollars the CEO is making at that joke organization is typical government bloat. Any legitimate business would have folded by now the way Canada Post is run.

Just one person on the system the line is until the door. Not happy. Very slow lined up

Somewhat inconsistent customer service. One day you are being treated very well, the next they seem indifferent, if not down right surly.We were so happy the Shoppers on Esquimalt Road (by the Tim Horton's) opened. The staff there are outstanding and have been excellent for over a year now.

After the delivery person just left without even ringing my doorbell, I had to go pickup my package here. Then I find out i got sent the wrong item and had to return it. I don't have a printer (like most people) so I called here to ask if they can print the label, they said yes so I go in where they tell me no they can't without a QR code. Frustrated I come back later with a QR code. Aaron prints it then just stares at me. I ask if there's anything else he needs and he says I have to attach the label to the package myself. Stunned, I say ok and ask for some tape. He says he doesn't have any and I'd have to buy some! What kind of a pathetic excuse for a postal service do we have in 2022??

Staff at this location need to be fired. I've been bringing my items to Canada Post for years and every time they offer the little plastic pouch to put my shipping label in. This jerk looked at me and said to go to Monk's Office Supplies if I needed supplies. This was hands down the rudest person I've ever encountered at a post office. Took my item down to the Canada Post in Esquimalt where the gentleman merrily put the shipping label into a plastic sleeve and all was right with the universe again. Never going back to this place. Canada Post needs to fire the jerk working there. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst service ever. I sent some sensitive information via express post. Don't know where it is. Customer care people just want to get done with you and go to next call. They don't care about solving your issue.

Went to pick up a sensitive package and was promptly told that they were closed for maintanence... a post office closed for maintanence on a tuesday???When I asked what the maintanence was about and why I couldnt have my package I recieved attitude and was told that it didnt matter, they were closed for maintanence and to come back tomorrow after 1pm.... absolute garbage service at this location.
