This is such a nice place to live, modern suites and very close to all amenities. I work on Whyte Ave and living here makes everything so much easy especially using public transport.

It's been a pleasure living here, great and same invironment with amazing staff always willing to help whenever something comes.My wife and I made the greatest choice of a place. This is a aplace you wanna be.

Building not secure and NOT as advertised! Multiple break-ins and thefts yet stairwells remain unlocked, management instead blaming tenants in passive-aggressive notices posted in building. Only one elevator and it is regularly out of order. Not wheelchair/stroller/walker friendly or accessible at ALL. No buzzer system, so forget getting any packages delivered, and get ready to go downstairs and OUTSIDE to let any guests or delivery people in.For what they charge for rent ($1700+/mo) the management company is unbothered with actually making tenants happy. Was counting down the days until I could move out of the building. Not worth the daily stress! This building needs new management ASAP or it will remain half empty and poorly reviewed like it is right now.

Building has been under new management and honestly they're pretty good. The suites are big a spacious. Large balconies. It's also extremely pet friendly. Biggest issue is they do payments through an app that charge you a 40$ usage fee. Only do you rent from automatic payments.Also, rent is really high. 2 bedrooms 16+. It is covid times I guess...

I will give 0 star if I could. Trash management and ownership. once you send in your security deposit and sign the lease, the response after takes forever. We signed our lease in the cold wind outside the main entrance, because of their messy management. The unit was not cleaned, and we found the toilet clogged the 1st day we moved in, and started to leak water to the 1st floor kitchen. The security breach that the other review mentioned was absolutely correct. The next day we moved in, we saw them changing every lock in the building, which is obviously not as simple as homeless people looking for warmth". Don`t live here
