The worst experience and bank manager: Michael.I applied for a credit card and chose to pick up the card at the store.The bank informed me that didn’t say need to bring sin card or driver's license when picking up the card.I am extremely dissatisfied, cause that is the bank's negligence, but No one apologized. And the bank manager Michael said: This is a rule, everyone knows.Excuse me? If the customer knows everything, the bank staff all can leave. Really outrageous

Myself and my family have had to deal with incompetent financial advisors and tellers here. All I wanted them to do was add a loan account onto my bills for easy and quick payments on my app. The teller had to get a financial advisor because she had no clue, and then the advisor, I don't remember his name but he was definitely from the middle east, couldn't comprehend the simplicity of this task, kept telling me it's not possible to add this as a bill to my account. Then he realizes it is, says it had been done, and I get home to find out it hasn't. I get better competent service from the easy line staff. The second incident with the same advisor was being pressured into opening an resp when all I wanted was information that day. Third with this advisor, he ended up moving all my dad's funds (not just the requested amount) into his savings account, leaving nothing in his chequing for bills, had he not checked when he got home, he'd be paying insufficient funds and be behind on bills. Just beware of who serves you. They aren't all the greatest.

Visited this branch an hour ago and Hadeyea Ahmadi has been very helpful. Her service culture skill is commendable and proactiveness is appreciated. Got my credit card activated and PAD setup and obtained my virtual card number-the three services that I needed.Update 12/08: I had to edit my review due to the fact that it turned out my PAD was not setup. Had re-visited the branch back in early Nov to get it setup, submitted all the necessary documents and it turned out it wasn't setup again! Both of my visit went in vain!

I went to TD Bank 5261 Hwy 7 yesterday Apr 29 at 3:52pm to do payment for my husband’s credit card, I’m also bringing along statement. The teller ZYoo (show on the payment receipt).After went home, realized that instead of payment for my husband’s credit card, she do payment to my credit card, it became over pay for my credit card, a credit on my credit card. What a joke. I didn’t asked to pay my credit card. She didn’t even check the credit card number from the statement . And she stamped on my husband’s credit card statement. 1st time having such a careless teller. Would go back to this branch anymore! I’ve to wake up early to go to the bank before going to work to fix it. What kind of work she provided? Didn’t check the credit card number before doing the payment ? Looking to move to other bank .

So I been a TD customer for years, I decided to open a business account and was denied at the branch to open account, told me new regulations, I have to apply online so I did. Got a email back from a representative, who email didn't look like an official TD employee. told me there was a few error I need to address. I fix them and was given a document to sign. I sign it and told I wasn't able to open account online, so I was told I have to book an Appt to open account over the phone. Had the Appt over the phone, had to reupload the documents to the agent and was told again they couldn't get it done, so they book me Appt with the branch, the branch person Kevin Fung told me REUPLOAD the documents again and fill out the same form again. Didn't hear back from him for 3 days and tomorrow was the appointment day. I decided to give him a call see if everything was in order and was told td will not open an account for me. If I didn't call, I would have wasted more time. I didn't understand why the hell I have REUPLOAD my documents every single dam time I deal with one of your agents. I'm going with another bank and will be closing all my account see you soon

Just wanted to share a great banking experience yesterday at this TD location. Came in at 5:45 pm with no appointment. Was second in line at the customer service desk, when an associate, Kevin Fung, who was sitting at at nearby desk came and asked if he could help. Within seconds, we were sitting down and working on the transaction I required. He was very detailed oriented and explained every step of his actions and asked questions diligently. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Very professional and efficient. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service had an appointment at 12pm with Magdy Fanous and he ran late by 10mins which is ok but when he came out of his office he walked past my father and I to help a client that had an appointment after us and was helping them infront of us and never acknowledged us or anything. Only bank here if you don’t wish to be treated with respect or anything…. Thanks for helping us switching banks with this action.

Wow wow wow. TD Canada I cannot believe I just experienced RACISM in a bank. For over 20 years my family has been a customer and I have never had any issues with any service. That all changes yesterday when a bank teller named Stella denied my mother the ability to deposit a cheque in her joint account. The reason? Because she was Chinese and her middle name did not match my father's and there was a risk of identity theft. ONLY BECAUSE she was Chinese and there middles names were different. These were the exact words Stella said from her mouth. Denied access to deposit money in her own joint account because her middle name did not match the other account holder???? Her name is on the joint account? Never had an issue with depositing cheques before until now and wow this just blows me away.
