called yesterday for a bin... I forgot to ask the lady when the guy would be here to drop the bin off... So 930 rolls up he is here with the bin... I go out tell him I have to run to the bank (which is up the street n would be done by the time his bin was off the truck) he than says NOTHING not a word, gets in his truck n leaves...... WHAT?!? I call the office only to get into a bit of a match with the lady..... dealt with herseys before n they were amazing.. even let me run to the bank while he took the bin off the truck!!! Not worth the money you save to be treated in the manner they treated me this morning

I have used this business for at least 3 years. Called 2 days ago to book for January & still waiting for a call back . Have always posted positive comments sent a lot of family & friends to the business. Not happy with current lack of call backsHad to book elsewhere. Sad cause I like to deal locally.
