She was responsive to communication and went out of her way to accommodate us throughout the selling process. Our house sold. Fast. SMOOTHLY. And over asking price. I'm also going to state for the record that Dawn Mortensen is very actively advertising, promoting, and showing my Commercial Property that is for sale through her here in Lillooet BC. I have every faith in her abilities and have a 20 year history of purchasing and selling Real Estate with various Agents throughout BC.ANY serious buyer will take the time to actually investigate the area; ie: it's travel routes, amenities, and the distance and time it takes to get to Lillooet and return to their present location, among other things. Unless you're from out of Province or way up North it does not take 2 days travel time. I have had several viewers from the Lower Mainland who are able to be here by noon and be home in time for supper. So, you either hadn't done your due diligence at the time of contacting her or you weren't serious to begin with. As a seller, I personally do not like having my time wasted by looky loos". Dawn respects this and she respects my time.Next
