I have been doing business with this company for over 10 years. They have always been super polite and friendly. They are not intimidating but answer all technical questions in an easy to understand manner.I recently had an issue with a number of my laptops and they provided me exemplary service. They not only fixed the problem, they went above and beyond what was required to fix the issue leaving me very pleased with our interaction.I highly recommend this company with any minor or major computer issue. They have high ethics and will get the job done. They are fantastic!

Dropped off my daughters Macbook Pro as it had a black sceen... computer had been taken to the Apple Store, my daughter was told it needed a new hard drive or motherboard ($600 to $800 was the Apple quote and that it probably wasn’t worth fixing, according to Apple).The technician here said “leave your computer and i will run diagnostics”.Great, a few days later i picked up the computer, was told that for now the computer is running and that if it acts up again to bring it back that it is probable the hard drive...No charge for the work!Wow!!!What an honest business... i totally trust this company, and technician.I have been a customer for five or more years (at the Lincoln Fields location).Honest, professional, very good prices.Highly recommend this business!

Wow, what an incredibly positive experience I’ve had with Max and the team at Ink Plus – truly above and beyond service with a presumably hopeless computer repair. I have a powerful i7 with maxed out ram Macbook Air where the backlight suddenly died one day. My main computer – super portable and powerful, I didn’t want to move on from it. I am handy with computers, so I looked online how to fix it.I completely disassembled the machine using iFixit guides to see if there was a loose cable or connection – no dice, still a dead backlight when I powered it back on. Next, reading all the literature online, it was pretty clear – since the computer was still working (when using an external monitor) – that it was probably a fuse on the logic board that had been tripped. I called around to local computer mac and pc repair stores – they all said it was unrepairable, and it should be recycled, and I should spend $2500 on a replacement.No way.. it’d be a silly waste to replace out a car because the wind shield wasn’t visible. It must be possible to fix.. Well, lucky for me, I found an Ink Plus’ review too – and after a call, Max – who was a bit perplexed why someone would be willing to pay to mail in a computer for repair (as I live too far to drive, as most of their customers are presumably walk-ins), he said his team would take a peek at it. So I packaged the Mac Book Air up and sent it off.Well, guess what – they fixed it, and sent it back! It works perfectly since – saved thousands of dollars, all because Max’s team took a gamble with accepting a mail-in repair job. Thanks so much guys – the Air i7 is chugging away perfectly, good as new!

Absolutely could not recommend more!! They accommodated my request to ship my laptop in from BC and it was SO WORTH IT! I am so pleased to have my MacBook Pro screen working again at an affordable price. The fact that they did a free assessment, and first tried fixing my existing screen rather than immediately jumping to a full, expensive screen replacement is so wonderful - I know without a doubt they are not out to rip anyone off. Excellent communication, and Quality, affordable service.

I had the greatest experience at this place. I have been looking for many years for a competent person to repair my laptop that was really slow and not working properly. Siamak did the best job and even better, added some great features to my laptop that is now running super fast. The service was also quick and the price very fair. I would recommand 100 percent this place. Also the printing service is working well. Very happy to do my business here!

I had to change my laptop's keyboard and two other shops couldn't do it because one of the screws was locked. Ink Plus took into consideration that it was an emergency as I had to travel soon and they fixed my laptop on the same day. I dropped it off at 4pm and picked it up at 7pm. They were very considerate and their prices were reasonable. They are also very welcoming and courteous. I will definitely use their service again.

I brought in my laptop with a faulty screen, and received really awesome service from the staff at Ink Plus. They repaired the laptop within a couple of days at a reasonable rate, and communicated with me promptly to provide necessary updates on their progress, giving me a chance to decide how to proceed. They were very respectful in person and on the phone. I would highly recommend this location, and will use them again in the future.

Max was super helpful and answered our query patiently. My brother was going to university and Max was considerate and charged us a good price as it was for a student. He was very transparent on the pricing and told us we would be charged if the license key did not work but when we got our computer he did not charge us for the same (there was no way for me to know if he used the old key or a new one). He helped my brother with some free software's which would help him during his course at the university.. Lastly, we were running late by 20 mins on a Saturday but Max was considerate and stayed open for longer so that he could give the laptop to us on time. Would definitely go back to him again.
