Darna Express

Almost 4 months until now, the box still in Pusan. Received update once. And thats it.

It was my first time sending a package to the Philippines so I was a bit nervous. I asked around my area which service they use and how their experience was with it, and someone recommended Darna Express. The major consensus about them was they deliver quickly, and because I wanted the package to reach home as fast as possible, I opted for DE. True enough, it only took about a month and a half for the package to reach our doorstep. Communication was also a breeze, from scheduling the pickup, to asking for delivery status, to the delivery confirmation. They are very polite and responsive. Will make sure to use this service again for any future packages I send. Thank you Darna Express!

Thankfully 3 of my balikbayan boxes arrived in PH safely. Although the courier had the wrong address on one of the boxes (not our fault bcos we gave the right address) and I was afraid it was gonna get lost. Fortunately, my aunt called them and provided the right address. Based on this experience I am having second thoughts if I should choose Darna express for sending again this year. But let's see if they have google reviews that's still worth trusting.

Darna is very accommodating and very professional. I found their service is excellent. And if there is more than 5 stars I would give it more. I highly recommend this shipping company. They're the BEST!

I have used another courier for years now. But since I moved to Vancouver, Darna Express was the nearest to my place. At first I was skeptical to try their service. But I was impressed with the smooth transaction. I was expecting a bit of delay because of the typhoon but the box arrived early, unopened and in a good condition. Only downside was nahirapan akong itrack yung box ko sa website nila using the tracking number. But mabilis naman ang pagsagot nila sa inquiry ko kaya 5 stars padin.Salamat sa buong team ng Darna! Sa uulitin!

I would give a rating much lower if it existed. My wife and I tried to send a box in December of 2022 and we were told after they said they would come and pick it up that they were full and couldn't do it at this time. Of course we were disappointed but being close to Christmas we understood things happen. So when they finally contacted us we tried to rebook in December for a January pick up they accepted our request for a booking and yet again told us they were full. Very unprofessional of them we will not try again and I will find another more professional company and have the ten or so friends and family members follow us to a company that actually want our business.Thanks for nothing Darna Express.
