Wolf and Grizzly

Used the grill for the right time over a weekend camping trip with friends. They were all impressed with the grill and the ease of using it. We had steaks for the first night then we grilled some chicken and veggeis the second night over the camp fire. Worked perfectly, can't way to get the firebox next.

First encountered W+G on Facebook through ads. Visited their website and reviewed more products. Really a well out together site and great looking products. Decided to jump in on their New Year's sale and grab a pair of gloves. My order experienced some transactional issues that really made me uncomfortable. I made some inquiries via email and, I will admit, initial responses made me nervous I was scammed. But Pam, Rebecca, Marianne and Mary Jane put that to rest with something more than exceptional service that really went over and above.My gloves arrived FAST and with full tracking ability. The only drawback is Canada Post needs to put more effort into their work.The gloves themselves are amazing...but TIGHT...they will be amazing gloves after some time and maybe get some leather conditioner or rejuvinator to help in the aging and stretching as they will fit like a second skin. Get larger if you don't want that.Anyways...my highest HIGHEST SHOUTING FROM THE TREE TOPS AND TALLEST BUILDINGS my recommendation that you buy from W+G...don't wait ..do it now.

I originally saw their M1 Grill Kit on an instagram post and I saw that the price was in USD - I'm from northern Ontario so I emailed them at about 945pm to inquire about duty and shipping (I assumed they were shipping from the US). Within less than 15 minutes, I received an email back to inform me that they were based in Waterloo! I was happy to hear that so I went back to find the sponsored post so that I could take advantage of the discount code - I didnt have any luck with that. So, I emailed them once again, around 1030pm and asked if they could point me in the right direction. George, the super nice dude who replied within minutes, made me a custom discount code for the 20% off. Needless to say, the after regular business hours contact coupled with the fantastic customer service helped me to make the decision to purchase - and I dont have any second thoughts!The M1 GrillThis product is fantastic. Its fairly lightweight while maintaining durability and a high weight limit. Within the last month its already seen a number of backwoods fires in the north cooking anything from sausages to steaks, beans and oatmeal - all over a simple fire. Then, pack it up and take it home. Fantastic. Worked great for an overnight winter camp too. It'll be coming on the family camping trip to Yosemite in a couple weeks.I did manage to lose one of the screws on the cross bars, likely due to my washing technique or something. Again, their customer service shone through! I emailed them a picture and a spare part was shipped to me the next day, no questions asked. Absolutely great. The grill would have functioned without it, which is great, but it was definitely nice to have the spare part - I tightened all the remaining bolts and I don't see them coming off in the future - likely just a loose bolt right from the build process since they are assembled by hand, these things happen. It was great to see them mitigate that problem so quickly and without any drama.I definitely recommend this company, and definitely their stellar product, the M1 Grill.

$180AUD even after a 30% discount - no thanks.

Recently received my Wolf and Grizzly grill which I purchased for my Dad for Father's Day. I have to say that the customer service demonstrated by these guys was exceptional! We were e-mailing back and forth leading up to the purchase as I also live in Kitchener where they are based. Thanks to excellent communication and above and beyond service I was able to get the grill in time for Father's Day. Ca't wait to try out the grill. Thanks Wolf and Grizzly (especially George). Great company! Looking forward to more products from them!

Customer service is absolutely impeccable! Placed an order in yesterday and contacted them today about delivery speed. I am heading out on a camping trip on Monday. Since they are local, they were able to expedite the shipping time so I can receive the package tomorrow!Completely excited to bring this to the trip as well as the parks / beach on day trips!!
