Did a good job delivering my puppy

#1 airline wouldn't ship with anyother airline.

Aug.15,2018 West Jet Cargo Newfoundland is not providing very good customer service. Air shipping is Very expensive and at least answering the phone when shipment is delayed will be standard.

A little nerve racking! Flight landed shortly after 11pm. No counter staff in rhe cargo area but a sign saying at the ramp back soon". Waited until 11:50 when somebody finally shows up to many anxious new animal owners. The place closed at midnight.. cutting in close. Otherwise smooth and easy"

Theres a world wide pandemic going on yet they're still flying full planes???? I had to sit in between 2 complete strangers who both didn't have their masks on. Disgusting. It should not be full planes.

Absolute worst airline in the world! AVOID AT ANY COST!! Flight not eight hours late and counting. Had to reroute entire trip and then they delayed it longer. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER USE THIS AIRLINE!!!!

Service rep is great and very helpful. However the fact that there is no actual loading door or receiving/pick up area is pretty ridiculous. I have to walk 145 boxes of live plants through 2 separate man doors. And then around the employees cars who decide to park right at the door in the way. Pathetic for a company of this size.

Got me home alive 10/10, lost my 1/2 of my luggage. 1500$ worth. 5/10. Been on hold for an hour, while waiting for my scheduled phone call. 1/10. Total star value is justified

How is it you can leave a flight in Edmonton 2 hours late because of a pilot being late and mention at the gate before you leave that you are going to miss your connection in Toronto and be told you will be rebooked in the air only to arrive in Toronto and be told that their is no flights to st johns and the airline is sending you back to Edmonton 12 hours later with no hope of getting into st johns .Oh by the way we are not providing any immediate support .Not acceptable Alexis von Hoensbroech. I hpoe you are enjoying your massive salary and bonus .You cannot fathom irreparable emotional damage your company have caused my family .This is a member our our Canadian military that has been denied to spend his holidays with his family because of your company .How about this take a member of your family that you have not seen for a year and rip them from from your holidays. Never travel on this airline SPREAD THE WORD.I wish i could revoke your bonus like the government did at the last airline you served.

Went to the site at 1 am & found an empty, dark office with the door unlocked & no one there. No signage re hrs of business or where they were & they didn't answer their messages. Very cold inside at an early hr. Awful experience
