Discrimination!!!!! The staff here is so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They discriminate people on their color and ethnicity! I went here to get Shellac nail paint for myself and my sister in law. The man who did my nails gave uneven shape to my nails. And when I told him to make it even he didnt bother. One of the nails was too long and would have bothered me while typing but he didnt care and started talking to his colleagues in their native language which was humiliating. I asked the lady he was talking to have a look at the length and explain it to him but she gave me a smirking look and then looked away making me look like fool. I kept quit and let him do the job. Then came the color which was totally different than what i asked for but he ignored me and kept applying coat afyer coat to forcefully bring the color i asked for but was clearly not able to get it as he used the wrong color in the start only. Again the color coat was uneven . I was still getting my nails done when a lady came and asked me to pay right away and said she was closing the accounting. People were still getting the nails done and she only asked me to pay and mentioned the they close the TIL at 6 . My appointment was at 6 lol and they are open until 8The they forced me to pay cash instead thankfully i had enough cash on me. I wonder what if i hadn’t!!!!! While i was paying in cash, the lady next to me was paying using her card! IRONICAL! I dont know why these people always talk in their native language and make the other feel like a fool. I paid for the service i never got.

I started going to Kiki Nails specifically for nail and eyelash technician Julie. She gives superb service and always gets me looking right for every occasion. She shapes and designs my nails perfectly. Trust and believe I always have some chic extravagant nail designs for her and she delivers every time. I have been getting my lash and nails done by her for years and have no need to look elsewhere because she knows exactly what I like. I highly recommend her as your personal nail and eyelash technician for all your beauty needs.Kiki Nails is clean, spacious and professional. I drive all the way from Brampton to go to their location because it’s worth it.

Horrible quality nails and overall experience. The older woman had no idea what she was doing. $65 for shellac chrome nails that didn’t even turn out to be chrome. Just glossy. The shellac bubbled immediately after leaving the salon. The “chrome” coat chipped the following day. So I went to a different salon and paid $30 for the most amazing chrome nails. Avoid this place.

Place was clean and spacious.. but not the greatest service to be honest in my experience. The service was okay until the end. They put cuticle oil at the end of my manicure, on top of my polish which discoloured my nail polish and saw this in the car. It was not rubbed in before the polish was applied which is typically what I’ve seen done.. so that was weird. Instead, the polish was put in first then she dropped oil on top and walked away.. she never told me to rub it in or anything so it sat on top of the polish which caused the discolouration as seen in photos. I thought when I got home to wash my hands it would come off but it didn’t.The hand massage was also done after nail polish was applied so you an imagine how tricky a hand massage would’ve been as to not ruin the polish. So if you typically like the massage part, I think it’s part of their process (as confirmed with the friend I went with also got a “careful” hand massage after polish was applied).Application is not the best either as you can see in my photos near my cuticle. A Christmas gift was given though at the end which was a nice gesture but don’t think I’d come back. Parking at the time that I went was also terrible as the plaza is small .

It’s a very nice nail spa, don’t think I’ve been to one this big, nice and clean in a long time. I always go to see Julie, ever since I started going to her — I can’t have anyone else do my nails! I’ve never had any complaints about her work. She’s the best!

Although all technicians are doing great jobs here but unfortunately the strong smell of chemicals is a major concern. It's important for the salon to prioritize the health and safety of both the workers and customers by improving the air quality in the salon. This can be done by installing better ventilation systems or using less harsh chemicals that produce fewer fumes. I suggest speaking to the salon owner or manager about this issue and asking them to take action to address it. It's important to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone who visits the salon.

I’ve been going here for over a year and have only had Richie do my nails which I always love and I think she’s great, but sadly I won’t be going back. It really takes one bad experience to turn you off a place most times. Especially when you’re paying premium pricing.Most recently I needed an emergency appointment and Richie wasn’t available. I just wish she had told me it’s best to wait for her. I was told anyone would be able to do my nails like she does. I didn’t get his name but a male did my nails this time (he has a sad face tattoo on his hand) and I should have just listened to my inner voice telling me to refuse him. He was extremely rough and kept grabbing and pulling my hand when I needed to bring it closer to him… he seemed like he was in a bad mood or didn’t want to touch my hands at all. Every time he asked me a question he would then speak to Richie or his other colleague in their language and do a little snicker which seemed like he was talking bad about me and made me uncomfortable. I am very non-confrontational so I just stayed quiet the entire time. Even when he asked me “are they fine?” When referring to what he was doing to my nails seemed so aggressive. Needless to say I hated my nails because the shape isn’t flattering and they’re chunky, but I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I wish I could have spoken up but I felt like he would become aggressive based off of his present energy. My entire energy was thrown off for the rest of the day and I can’t wait to remove this set and just forget about this place. As much as I like Richie I don’t ever want to see that man again. I gave three stars based off of my other positive experiences only.

Staff is terribly non friendly.Worst place to get your nails done because of negative environment with poor behaving staff. The lady who did my awful nails kept staring at me n my sister with heavy rage. If we ask them to do anything to OUR nails , they either ignore or argue about it. Such a negative place and low standard hospitality. Very unprofessional staff. I would never go to such a place where the staff miss behave with their customers . If you tell them your choice, they get angry / even they yell at you , they literally insulted us.
