I’ve been going since 1989, these are the nicest people who really care about their customers. The service has been top notch. And they’ve treated my coworkers on campus great. They help out as much as they can. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me and my wife over the years.

Update to Response:Obviously you do not own the towing company of their vehicles. You employ them as contractors to perform their business. Obviously there are signs to pay for parking; I never questioned that. As for someone going inside the building to call out a car being towed, that is completely false. First of all, there are 4 other businesses who have customers using the lot. Why they never receive any notification is beyond me, as I recently witnessed the tow truck driver in the lane impatiently waiting for the person leaving their car to pay for their parking. A few years ago, this constant hawking never happened. It is selfish to support such behavior and completely turns away customers. You shound thank Canada Post because half of your business is from their customers.Original Review:DO not provide business to this pharmacy. The male owner is extremely stingy and owns the entire row of parking spaces in front. He has a tow truck hiding across the street ready to swoop in and tow any car that hasn't paid their meter for one minute. He does not understand basic decency and only wants profit. His attitude comes at the expense of his potential customers, who will probably be towed before they can even pick up or purchase anything! Trust me. Do not go because your car will be towed whether you're in it or not.

I live near here and I have been going here a lot over the last 3 years and honestly, the experience has been going downhill each time. It has never prompted me to write a review, but now I feel like they are taking advantage of being in a good location. The staff used to be super nice and friendly and I loved coming here, but recently I have found them to be very passive aggressive and annoyed at their customers. Also, the owner owns the row of parking spaces in front of the store. He has the tow truck company on speed dial and spends more time policing the cars parked in front than worrying about the customers inside his store. A few times I have waited in a long line at the check-out counter and heard him asking the tow truck company to tow a car immediately when the meter expires- saying that the cars must be gone even if the meter has expired for 1 min. From now on I will walk a bit further to the Shoppers Drug Mart nearby instead of giving business to this place.

After over a year of mixed service I have decided to transfer to a different pharmacy. Young male pharmacist is friendly and knowledgeable. Great service from him. The older female tech is rude and unhelpful. Terrible phone skills. Always seems passive aggressive. Moving to The Pharmacy Kitsilano for better service and friendlier staff.

Fair prices, quick fill times for prescriptions, and most of all the customer service is superb. The location is convenient and the staff is great, support your local small business!

This place is not good with patient privacy. This happened a little while back but I went to fill a prescription and the pharmacist went to get it and only when he was quite a few paces away from me did he turn around and call out not only the medication name for verification, but he also called out what it was treating. FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR. That is private information between me and my doctor, not me and Steve from Biology 101 who happened to be on the other side of the pharmacy. The hours are terrible, their phone etiquette is not great but that was the cherry on top. I've only been using the Shopper's pharmacy on the corner. Better hours and they won't call out your private information.

The Canada Post and Pharmacy services here are great. This is my favourite place for Canada Post services. All my experiences have been positive and the staff here are so kind.

This pharmacy is amazing. Not only are they well stocked to almost everything the doctors at UBC hospital prescribe, but the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and assistive. I’d like to specially commendate Ian in the post booth as well as Chris and Michelle in the prescription booth.Overall everyone here is great, respectful and professional. Not to mention the fact you don’t have to wait 40 mins for your prescription like at shoppers.

The young male pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always happy to explain my medications in detail. They also deliver. Will use them until I die. But that will be a long time away because I have a great pharmacist.
