After having my brand new car one week, I was rear ended at a stop light. Boyd gave excellent customer service and the staff were incredibly kind to me. They walked me through the entire process of repairs and made it a lot easier to navigate all the insurance requirements. When I picked my car up today, it looks brand new again and I couldn’t even tell where the damage was. Thank you so much to the kind wonderful staff at Boyd Langford.

caused some damage on my SUV while off-roading, asked several local off-road communities what autobody shop they recommend, there were several suggested, but Boyd's had the most and highest recommendations.Dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. They said it was because they were a little slower that week, but I think they were being modest.The staff are not only very professional, but extremely friendly and personable. One of the staff likes to go off-roading too, so they understood my pain.After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed some of the work done was a little bit off, so I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot while I waited, no questions asked.One of the parts that needed to be replaced was a headlight assembly, I had an expensive aftermarket LED bulb in my old assembly and forgot to ask them not to throw it out so that I could swap it over to the new one myself...So when I picked up my vehicle, I was worried they'd thrown it out, but nope, the technician noticed it was aftermarket and just swapped it over for me.I was extremely happy about that.And the paint blending they did was flawless, looks like nothing happened, very impressed.I would and will 100% recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.Big thank you to the staff at Boyd's on Sooke road for taking care of me and my vehicle, you guys are awesome!

Love the people at the front, but I have a broken heading that’s not working. The guy told me there’s nothing they can do been having to go back every two weeks because they keep having the same problem. I would not recommend going to this place. Very not happy with my experience, I’ve been going in with a good attitude all this time but it’s been four months that have passed since they said it was so called “done”.

From weak customer service, to poor craftsmanship, to disorganized organizational skills, this repair shop and it's staff are sub-par. Keep in mind that they don't use an electromagnetic spray booth, which means you will have many dust nibs in your paint. The amount of over-spray left on all adjacent panels was completely unacceptable. If you drive a luxury vehicle, stay away from this sub-par utilitarian shop.

I had a positive experience with this company during my window replacement. They were punctual, arriving on time as scheduled. The installation process was quick and efficient, and the team demonstrated precision in their work. I am satisfied with the end result and would recommend their services.

I needed a bumper and windshield replaced after a small accident. Marnie was knowledgeable, and understood some financial constraints that were in play. She worked really effectively with me to decide on the work to be done and went above and beyond to improve an unrelated repair. Now that I've picked up the car, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. You never want to need the services of a company like Boyd but when you do find yourself in that situation, you couldn't ask for a better company.

Amazing service by team Boyd. My experience was completely hassle free. Excellent service by front office team and great communication. Job done on my Transit-250 was spot on. Definitely coming back if there’s a need for glass or body repair.
