I don’t recommend the laser hair removal service in this clinic. Although the technician is friendly, I wasn’t satisfied with her service. Each session was about 15-20 minutes for a big area and a medium area, which I belive was not enough. At the end, I didn’t get a satisfying result after 8 sessions!

I didn't read any reviews beforehand and I was shocked to see so many people sharing the same experience I had. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel like this is something important to talk about.I went in twice, once for a follow up and both times it felt very rushed. Almost like the doctor was annoyed that I had come in. Very impersonal, and I didn't feel like he was interested in actually finding out what the problem was or didn't believe my symptoms. Rather, he wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. When I first sat in the waiting room he actually yelled at his front desk staff in front of everyone. He told me he would schedule and call me about an appointment for a sonogram and that never happened.I genuinely hope he takes these reviews and this criticism to heart and improves his process. Because it's really disappointing that there are doctors with this type of attitude in Canada. It can be difficult enough for people to actually go see a doctor and it's sad to think about how many patients actually get sicker because of experiences like this. I gave this clinic a genuine shot but I don't think it's a coincidence that so many people have written similar reviews.

Worst experience at a clinic. Doctor did not ask any subjective questions. I went in with severe pain, was losing my voice and told me it was laryngitis (aka- there was nothing he could do), which yes is true for laryngitis, NOT STREP. He took a culture and said results would be back quickly." I was up coughing for hours and in agony. My tonsils were swollen and had difficulty breathing. I couldn't eat or swallow properly. I went back to the clinic in the morning

To be honest, Dr. Sidhom has done more for me than my family doctor. Anytime a medicine didn’t work for me or I had something reacurring he would always try and discuss with me our next steps and we’d decide together. I even had some stomach issues and he did an ultrasound right in the clinic during a walk in. A+!!!

Totally apathy when I was concerned about my daughter having 2 episodes of bronchitis in less than 6 months. He just left the room without even saying good bye. Very disrespectful to be called a physician.

Overall, it was a bad experience coming to see the doctor here. Initally, the doctor was rushing and didn't answer any questions properly. It essentially felt like the doctor didn't actually care and wanted the walk-in to end quickly, to which it did, and it was an unsatisfactory experience.Another kicker is how the doctor told me he'd called back to give the results for an x-ray report done but hadn't. I had to call the clinic back for the results and was promptly told that doctors don't do phone appointments and that I'd have to go back to the clinic for an update. As you can imagine, this is very inconvenient, especially for an injured patient who had trouble going to a walk-in in the first place.I'm never coming back here again.

Really really bad experience. The receptionist here is bad. I came at 9am, and i already told the receptionist i can pay first if they can’t use my insurance coverage card. I see the person after me walk in already see the doctor, but i still wait. And i told her i need to work later. I can’t wait too long. Why the people after me see the doctor first?

Would give zero stars if possible I was stuck with this doctor for a few years as I was having trouble finding a new doctor. He made me very uncomfortable, refused to refer me to a specialist and listened to nothing I had concerns about, would rush every appointment and make you feel stupid for asking any questions, lastly he pushed the wrong medication on me then got mad when I decided to not take it knowing he did not diagnose me properly.... would never recommend to anyone

DONT step a foot in this cancer filled place. Dr. Sidhom is a very rude and demeaning person who should retire already. Rude to patients and staff. If you really need to go here, choose any other doctor.
