Bryan was very punctual and did a really good job of fitting my new log burner, taking the old one out, sweeping the chimney and fitting a new flue liner. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough. He also gave me step by step instructions on how to use the new one.The old one was defintely past its sell by date".Im so plzd with the new one. Im looking forward to having it going regularly this winter.Plus ill be safe from carbon monoxide poisoning now too with my new alarm positioned in the right place.All in all an excellent service

Bryan has installed three wood burners for us. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of organising the opening up of our old fireplaces and choosing wood burners to suit each fireplace. The process of installation was carried out professionally and we were kept informed of timescale for delivery, etc. We are pleased to recommend The Master Sweep!

Bryan has just installed a Clearview Pioneer Wood Burning Stove in my lounge, along with chimney liner etc. I am very pleased indeed with the installation, the result really is excellent. He arrived on time, worked hard all day, and was very pleasant to deal with in all respects. Bryan is also very knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade and is a mine of useful advice. Furthermore, he kept my home clean and his price was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him; I feel lucky to have found such a person to install my stove, and I will also employ him to clean my chimney every year.

Bry assessed my situation, advised on and then subsequently installed two liners and log burners for me. He took time to make sure I got the right stoves for my needs. Installation was thoroughly professional and you couldn't wish for a nicer chap to do the work. I strongly recommend The Master Sweep - an excellent service!

Bryan helped me sort out replacing an old stove for a lovely AGA one which gave me the inspiration to re-decorate too. Bryan was able to advise of options and helped get a good price on the new log burner. Bryan does what he says - no nonsense. He did the removal of the old stove and installation of the new one in good time and was very careful and with a quality result.

Bryan the Master Sweep. He gave a professional service and was very considerate regarding our home, providing covers for the carpets. He made a thorough examination of the chimney using a camera. He left us with a Safety Record Sheet and the assurance the fire was safe to light. He was super prompt in responding to my initial enquiring. We would highly recommend and have booked him to return in 2023 to install a wood burner. On top of all that, he came across as a darned nice guy.
