Transformation Day Spa
I have been going to Transformation Day Spa now for 3 + years. I go see Lynn for Acrylic Nails and have also had several amazing facials by both Lynn and Carmen. I have also enjoyed the pedicures! All of these services have been amazing! I have always felt pampered! I would Highly Recommend this spa!

Transformation Day Spa
I was at Transformation Day Spa today… I had my nails done, and eyebrows, upper lip and chin waxed.. As well , last week I had a facial…The atmosphere was great!! The staff were very friendly and new what they were doing!! The facial was wonderful!!I will definitely be returning for other services, and repeat ones as well !!!!!I had a great experience!!!!

Transformation Day Spa
I received a lash lift and tint at the Transformation Spa yesterday. I had the service done properly in Kelowna before moving to Prince George. It seemed to be going well until the lower lid tint was applied. The lady warned me that it will sting, and it did. This shouldn’t happen.. Then she proceeded to flush my eyes out with water. I asked if the perm she just applied before would be ruined now, and she said just don’t get it wet again.. I left my appointment with red eyes and no lift. I think proper training should take place here for the tint and lift before offering this service to the public. I’ve been here before and they do great eyebrow waxing and nails, but I was really disappointed by this recent experience. I just don’t want anyone to go through this again.

My experience was a negative one unfortunately, my lash tech was never on time and she would leave the room often to take other phone calls and answer her personal cell phone while doing my lashes. I felt like the focus was not on me while trying to enjoy my service. I will not be going back and cancelled all my upcoming appointments. I hope in the future they will be way more professional. Also the reception could be way more friendlier when answering the phone and greeting clients when they come into the shop.

Wonderful lash technician Savanna! Prices are reasonable and my lashes look great . It did take 3 however which seems a little long for a classic set . However very clean and nice surroundings’I stand corrected service time did start at 1:00 not 12:00. With filling out paperwork ect it was a little over 1 and 1-2 hours. I would definitely return.

I had a full volume lash set put on by Lynn and they are the best lashes I've had done. They are perfect and have lasted incredibly well! Lynn is professional,talented and so nice! The salon is super clean and on time.

I have been getting my lashes done here all year and I always leave with amazing results. I’ve also had nails and facials done and have the best experience every time. Professional and quality services provided. 100% recommend. And the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my next appointment.
