The warm welcome we received set the tone for our entire shopping experience. The owner enthusiastically jumped into sharing fascinating stories about the origins of their products, from the meat to the dairy items.I wholeheartedly recommend this small grocery store for its exceptional food quality, the dedication of its owners, and the memorable shopping experience they provide. I have experienced on multiple occasions, the wonderful selections offered by the North Barrie Market. The steaks are a hot topic with my family and we can't get enough of the twice baked potatoes!! The butcher Alex is a creative genius with his stuffed chicken breasts and he goes above and beyond for all his customers! The shop carries so many amazing brands, the eggnog at Christmas will now be a tradition for my family that's for sure! You can't go wrong when you shop here!!

I am blown away by the quality of products at the North Barrie Market. Everything we have tried has been delicious, from the homemade goodies, like their meat or veggie pies, to products on their shelves, like Neil's Real Deal peach habanero hot sauce...everything has been a hit! Jennifer and Aaron aren't just about their butcher shop/market...they truly care about their community and are so generous about supporting and giving back to local charitable organizations. We are lucky to have them in our community!

Nice store, great staff and an excellent variety of products. Everything was super clean and everyone was supper helpful and friendly. Prices are excellent and quality is amazing. Love getting locally sourced meats and produce.

Bought two meat pies today my wife got steak and mushroom I got jerk chicken. Her pie was amazing super good lots of flavour ! My pie was sub par the crust was good the rice and chicken inside was well seasoned but it needs some ox tail gravy and that pie would have been perfect!

Oh my goodness, what a GEM of a market! Something for everyone. I have recently discovered the North Barrie Market that includes The Bayfield Butcher and am so impressed with all that they do. Each time I enter the shop, I am warmly greeted and shown Meal Solutions that work for a busy family like mine. They always provide the best service but last week they went over and above for me. I was entertaining and looking for a charcuterie board. Spoke to Aaron and Jennifer and brought my empty board to them. The next day I picked up the most exquisite array of meats, cheeses, olives and garnishes. It was a picture to behold! Unfortunately I am not techie enough to post the picture but it really was over the top for quality. My guests raved about it and I had to confess that it was prepared for me, I could not take the compliments that the North Barrie Market deserved. Thanks so much to all the staff at the North Barrie Market, you have a happy customer for life!

I absolutely love shopping at North Barrie Market. What I enjoy most about this store is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the friendly staff to the bright and spacious layout, it's a pleasure to explore their wide range of products.The customer service at North Barrie Market is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to offer recommendations or help with any questions. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers have a positive shopping experience, and it's clear that they take pride in their work.

On our way through town we stopped to pick up some meat for a bbq. The steaks we purchased were some of the best steaks my family and myself have had in a long time! Great selection of rubs and sauces and frozen meats. Great small town feel, with wonderful personal service from the staff.

The meat pies have gone down hill at this location. Over cooked and lacking in mushrooms. I never get that inconsistency from the original store. I will drive the extra distance for the original! Plus the prices are higher here.The chicken pot pies were even worse. No chicken, no gravy, just potatoes! Terrible!I’m not getting more pies to make myself get extra food! I’m pointing out poor quality!!
