Great rates and great service! Hussein came and put in two new heat runs, added ventilation for one of my bathrooms and repaired an old ventilation job in the attic. Everything turned out really nice. Very tidy and professional. They were also able to come do the work within a couple weeks of the quote so it was really nice and timely, not having to wait around a long time to get the job started. Would highly recommend!!

We had a situation where our furnace failed and had called most of the big players and were told anywhere from 24 to 96 hours before a tech would be able to make it. We kept trying and called Norcan and spoke to Hussein and he was amazing. He was at our home in 20 minutes and had the furnace going in 5 minutes. Then took the time to check other items . I phoned Nor-Can in a panic when it was -40 and my furnace stopped working. Hussein immediately picked up and tried to trouble shoot my furnace issues with me. When we were unable to solve the problem, Hussein was able to schedule a same day visit to fix my issue. I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future.

After leaving him a message on a Friday evening, Hussein quickly returned my call and was over within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace right away, fixed it, and gave us simple info on how to get it working again ourselves if needed. I was really impressed that he offered to come back the next day if we had problems and that he even called the next morning to follow up and see how it was running. He also provided us with options for replacement, which we ultimately went with. He was able to install our new furnace less than a week after our first call. Hussein was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, great service that we're very happy with!

I typically dread calling service repair companies because let's be honest, nothing ever fails at a convenient time - always during a heat wave (A/C) and often on a weekend or outside of traditional service hours, which in my past experiences means long waits and inflated costs.My experience with Hussein and his team couldn't have been further from my past experiences with other companies. The service I received was prompt, efficient, very professional and reasonably priced. I was able to provide sufficient information during the initial phone call (through photos I had taken and my relatively basic knowledge of A/C units) that Hussein was able to diagnose my likely problem and ensure the correct parts were on hand during the initial visit. Service was completed in approximately one hour from the phone call. Invoicing was done electronically which made payment very easy as well.I would highly recommend in the future to anyone needing his services and will most certainly be a repeat customer the next time I have a problem.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday around 7pm and he was so fast to show up and quickly repair our furnace, very polite and an awesome guy. I would recommend nor can to all my friends who need repairs or services

We learnt about Nor-Can Heating by word of mouth from a trusted source. After much research to get an Air-conditioner unit installed over the Summer. Hussein took the time to answer all of our questions no pushy sales advised on the best unit that was within our budget and ideal for the size of our home. Factored decibel, location all these little things matter and that’s what made the difference. We’re extremely happy with the after sales service installation and big shout out to Hussein for always being very Responsive. Highly Recommended!!All said and done

Great customer service with Hussein and this company on a maintenance call for the 10-year-old AC unit. He fixed the problem quickly, provided good advice to help maintain the unit and even fixed a thermostat display issue (just cause). Definitely would recommend this company for your AC needs!

I can’t say enough about the service and support we received from Hussein. He really went above and beyond helping us out on a Sunday morning when our thermostat and heat went down.We really appreciate the help and patience, Hussein.
