Fantastic location for day trips and overnight camping/RV vacationing! Full hookups for RVs and you can park & camp right on the beach!! Everyrhing on site is immaculate and tidy and the RV community is fantastic! Bring kayaks and watercraft for easy access to the water.. facilities also include a tiny store, a sectioned off area for swimming and a great playground & picnic area for kids & families. Lots of pet-friendly folks around so bring your animals too! Theres also lots of great Airbnb locations within very short proximity if that's your flavor..

First, i'm sorry for leaving a bad review but i had to get this off my chest as we we're really frustrated. Definitely not going back nor recommend this campground for 3 reasons.Number 1: Only 2 person with 1 tent for 1 campsite, we we're 7 mature adults so we had to book 3 campsite.Number 2: Unfriendly staff.Three of my friends are first time campers and are only staying for a night so we decided to be all together in 1 campsite but the receptionist told us at around 9:30 pm not to be all together and gave us a choice to either we go back to each others campsite or LEAVE. She could've pick a better word or said it in a nice way. My poor friends had to carry their already set up tent and walk in the dark back to their own campsite feeling upset and disappointed by their silly rule.Number 3: There is a $3 fee for every use of shower, and they have only 2 shower room.We ended up going home early morning the next day instead of staying for another night. What a horrible experience.

The beautiful beach and cozy campsite overlooking the beach were a perfect for our 1 night stay over. The park itself was well maintained. Having to pay $3 for a shower that also had a sign posted telling people to CLEAN UP YOUR OWN MESS" - (the bucket and mop were outside! ) was ridiculous. The facilities before even used it had dirt and dust everywhere. We have been at other campsites where a shower is 50 cents

This park has so much potential that has gone unrealized. Sites are mostly spacious and private. A comfort station would go a long way here. Pit toilets only that were in rough shape. There was also no one enforcing quiet hours as our neighbors partied hard and loud until 330am.

Horrible experience for short term campers. They came down as we were setting up our tents and they, for the first time, said only one tent per camp ground was permitted. Which made zero sense. But if we took one down and reassembled in the dark so no other campers saw then it would be okay. ?!?!?! It also had a horrible smell like sewage and had broken glass around the camp site. They also limited one camp site to 2 adults. Three middle aged women? Absolutely not. If I could give minus stars I would. Horrible.

Ruby & Bill are absolutely fantastic people and made our stay very pleasant. While a fair amount of the sites don't have cell signal, the signal on the beach is perfect.Be advised though, there are no washrooms, just outhouses and a few showers up by the entrance. The beach / day use area is beautiful and has several communal use picnic tables and a small playground.

I hate to leave a bad review of a small family run place but… I will not be back. Number one: the silly rules. You’re not allowed to have 3 adults stay at the one campsite but can have 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child? I understand that it’s a campground geared towards families but I don’t understand why three quiet mature adults cannot stay here. Also, you aren’t allowed to have more than one tent per campsite but yet all the seasonal campers can have a giant RV and a tent on their lot? It doesn’t even make sense.Number two: the smell on our site!! It smelled like sewage. We mentioned this to the person who runs the campground and he said that it was the ocean but it was definitely not.Number three: there were quite a few broken beer bottles in the trees on the campsite.Number four: it was not as advertised. The website included pictures of campsites right on the beach but our only access to the beach was down a cliff. Toilets are outhouses and we did not see showers anywhere (although now I’m reading some reviews and there are 3 showers for 100 campsites.. yikes!!).

Our favorite campground! We love it so much that we booked a seasonal site.
