Cheam Ave. I have had the best customer service with Parveen. I have a cognitive disability and was finding that transferring assets was such a confusing task. Parveen assisted me in each step, completing paperwork, indicating areas that needed to be signed or completed and made my experience SO much better. Having her help saved me from further cognitive symptoms and I am so thankful.

We have purchased the full spectrum of insurance coverage, from home/apartment, car and travel insurance. After leaving unhappy from the eagle landing location, I went to the location beside freshco and was immediately more happy as the woman that greeted me didn't look like she absolutely hated her job and in fact wanted to help me.She was happy, Bubbly, and did great (let me know she was in training) I was in and out in a few minutes and will always use this location now as all the other staff that day at that location had a friendly demeanor.

10 ⭐️ if I could. Look no further! Tricia was helpful, friendly, even tried to help me get my rates lower (much higher in BC over SK) and when I needed help figuring out how to put my front plate on (never needed one before,) Aaron took my new plates, put them on for me, without me asking. Amazing service, all businesses should be so pleasant to deal with. Thank you Tricia and Aaron!

People here are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to do business with. I had to register my car and get insurance and called ahead of time to make sure I had the right documents. They confirmed what documents I needed and I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Very good customer service by Parveen. She quoted my mother Mohinder kaur for travel/medical insurance for international visitor. She explained me throughly in my own language punjabi, I understand well and was able to make right decision, great knowledgeable staff.

I was recently at Westland Insurance doing a car transfer. I dealt with Mel and she was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable (in spite of some computer glitches). She later phone me to renew my insurance, and was extremely adept at explaining the procedure! All was done in a few minutes and I could go on with my day without making a trip to the office!!
