Southern Cross Plumbing

Southern Cross Plumbing is extremely unprofessional. I called them to fix a leaky shower, paid $400 and the shower continued to leak. They came back to fix it again, tried to hit me with another bill for the same price, and then again realized the shower still was not fixed. I've asked them to come back to fix it a second time, and they've been unresponsive for months.

Scp owner very respectful great guy to have conversation with .,But management in work area . Not ready or run or manage work. Unfortunately effecting the business.

Tried to book them but they didnt even bother responding. They use a call service that takes the messages, called twice and no answer. Terrible customer service.

These guys can be hard to pin down, because they are busy. They are busy because they are good. They have cracked more tricky nuts for me than I can count. And they do it without turning my house (life) inside out. They've given us nothing but practical solutions and quality work for about a decade.

We had them come over in March for pipe inspection as we were having a leak in our kitchen since they were the ones that did the Kitec replacement for our condo. After the inspection they concluded it’s not the pipes causing the issue and we were prepared to pay for the service call. They told us they would waive the fee this time and gave us a copy of the work order with details of the inspection with $0 amount due.6 months later they decided to change their mind and send me a bill by mail saying I owe them $220.35 for the same service call and it’s now past due. Calling them to sort it out was pointless as they denied waiving the fee and making excuses why the work order had $0 amounts due.I paid the bill at the end because I don’t want to have anymore dealing with these people. I’m not mad about paying the fee as I was prepared to do so from the beginning but rather I’m disgusted at how they can go back on their word 6 months later because they now decided they want the $220.35 after all.

This happened in September/21. The pumbler was extremely rude. They charged for the call while the plumber was in the building already. It took him 5 mins to unplug my kitchen zinc; they overcharged; they don’t accept credit card payments and when I told their company about it and more about the rudness of the plumber they said to don’t ever call them again! This company should not do business in my building.

I call southern cross whenever I have a plumbing issue, which unfortunately has been often in the past few yearsTheir service people are are all polite and knowledgeable and turn around fix time is usually within 24 hoursKathy, who handles the panic calls, is always lovelyThanks also to Joel and Daniel

Horrible experience!!...was referred to technician Sam, who said he would call back with a quote,...2 hours later he hadn't called, I called back, He said he hadn't even started yet, I asked he if would get to house today, and he said I'm busy: When I asked why he hadn't told me 2 hours earlier

We had them do our Kitek replacement and it was fantastic. In and out within 48 hours. The guys came early to setup, waited outside patiently while we finished breakfast, and then got to work literally the second we walked out the door.We did some shopping around and ended up saving about 25 - 30% compared to our original vendor, which was nice.

A highly professional team! They were extremely responsive in terms of timing to address and fix the problem I was having with a pipe. Above all, their professional attitude and willingness to help their customers is simply exemplary. I have interacted with may plumbers over the years, they rank at the top because of their professionalism, speed and quality of service.
