Simpliciti Staging

We booked Simplicity Staging to help us sell our home and it made an amazing difference. During our consultation, Anne explained what people are looking for when they are buying and provided numerous recommendations to improve the appearance for potential buyers.We have a very nice home and were a bit surprised at some of her comments for improvements but decided to trust her. To be honest, we put in a lot of work cleaning, painting, decluttering and moving around furniture but it was worth it in the end. We also used Anne's services for staging and couldn't believe how awesome the photographs and video turned out.We were fortunate to sell our home within a few days on the market. I thank Anne for her help and would recommend her to anyone selling their home. We also took photos ourselves, and will be using some of her ideas in our new home.

I took what she said seriously and completed all my homework, painting, de cluttering and a few fixes.Anne and her team came on staging day, I didn’t have to lift a finger, also had some great laughs(they are what I would refer to as good people) and when she left my house it looked like a show piece!!Yes it can feel like a lot of work and you may question why am I putting this time and effort into a house I am leaving?You’ll have your answer at the end, we were able to list our house for 20,000.00 more than the listing agents ( Jennifer Joseph and Rachel Nevers) originally had thought, and also sold just above listing price.So yeah I would say it was definitely worth it!!Thanks again Anne it was such a pleasure working with you!

Before I put the house up for sale, Anne came and gave me advice on how to improve the exterior and interior of the house. After the renovations, she did the staging. The house was just wow! It was sold the same day with all the offers above the asking price !!!
