He came out the day after a windstorm to patch a bunch of things up on my roof after dropping his daughter off at school. I can’t speak highly enough of Marco and his crew. He had a quote to me with 24 hours of contacting him which including a satellite analysis of my roof and 3 different pricing levels depending on what I wanted done. Very responsive whenever I texted with questions, they had the roof installed and everything cleaned up in a matter of 6 hours. We recently to have our roof done and we’re overwhelmed with the process. Marco was prompt and efficient with responding to us and providing us with information. He was understanding that we have small children and phone calls can be challenging. We live in a townhouse and had to have permission from our condo board to do the roof which caused delays on our part. Marco was again understanding and assisted with getting the approval we needed. He then came and installed the day before a snow storm so we wouldn’t have to worry. Overall, he made the whole process easy and stress free.

Sheppard roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. The new roof looks gorgeous!! Marco and his team are thoroughly professional in removing and installing a new roof. They replaced all vents and the metal around the chimney. Their installation included weather proofing materials. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof!!
