Do not hesitate to call out expresshottubservice. They respond quickly and arrive promptly. They quickly and expertly diagnose the issue and then fix it. The cost is reasonable for the callout and well worth the stress relief. If you live in the Niagara region give them a call.

Our hot tub was leaking from the box which seemed unusual. We called and the tech asked us to send pictures. He suggested bypassing the ozonator with a clamp and it worked perfectly! Most helpful service ever! They go above and beyond!

I had a leak in my Spaberry hot tub and had no assistance from Spaberry. I found Dave on a google search and arranged for service.The service call was answered promptly and the issue was diagnosed.Dave returned the following day and conducted the necessary repairs and gave further advice on the care of our tub.Price for the service was very fair.Thanks to Tim and Dave for the excellent service. Express Hot Tub Service will be on my speed dial for any future issues that we have with our tub.

THE BEST!!! They are prompt, honest, smart and hard working. Dave got my hot tub up and running and answered every question I had. The best part about my service was that Dave answered my questions a few days after when I ran into an issue. He stayed in constant communication and gave me open and honest advice. Their prices are the best in town and these guys know everything there is to know about hot tubs. You will not be disappointed! A big thanks to Dave!!!!!!

Can't say enough about my experience with Express Hot Tub Service. They showed up within 24 hours of my initial call. Very honest and direct, and had my best interest at heart which I really appreciated. Have ZERO hesitation in reaching out to Dave and his team with your hot tub needs! Excellent, Professional, friendly and helpful. Dave did all his due diligence in troubleshooting. He found a major Manufacturer's Defective structural cracked seem, in the floor of my hot tub, which was causing the leak. The Defective seem was found in a needle in a hay stack" area. He immediately spoke to the Manufacturer to submit a claim.Some of the negative reviews which I read on here gives no justice
