Terrible customer service. The person in front of me, their food wasn’t ready so they were pulled ahead. I got my food and I was unable to pull around the car ahead of me due to the width of the drive thru. I could hear the employees inside saying “she won’t go around” and I ended up having to BACK out of the drive thru. I will never be purchasing from this location again as the employees made me feel stupid even though I truly did not have enough room to go around the car in front of me. Super disapointed as I come here often. Will not be returning.

Ordered the two big crunch combos with a coupon on the app. This included two big crunch sandwiches, two popcorn chicken,and two fries. I arrived 5 mins after the due time, and the order was handed to me within 2 mins. Staff were not friendly at all and food was even worse.The fries were alright. The popcorn chicken was barely warm at best. Neither of the Big crunch sandwiches had lettuce or any sauce and didn't taste very fresh.Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I bought it in on West Street Corner Brook nl,it tasted very old my friend got sick, on it & I bought the same 3pc,meal,in Deer Lake,& I got a bad stomach on it,one of the workers in the kitchen, in DL was very saucy,we told them that we wouldn't be back anymore terrible service chicken very terrible and we were always there eating dinner and supper twice in the one day sometimes I'm very sorry but you're just lost yourself too regular customers

I ordered a big crunch and a zinger meal and a box of chicken strips and popcorn chicken from KFC in corner Brook. All the chicken who is extremely greasy and was dark and very hard to chew, it looks like they just warmed up what they already had done at the beginning of the day and just gave it to me; absolutely put no effort in giving me a half decent meal.I found a hair in my soft drink that I ordered from KFC, The employees do not wear A hairnet to cover the hair and I ended up finding one inside my soft drink that I was about to drink.I called the manager of KFC for a refund and he said he will give me a refund, but it’s a matter of principle; in these days employees have to be very careful and give fresh food and make sure everything is clean.This has been the worst service I have received from any fast food joint and I can gladly say I will not be returning there.

The pop was flat and the ice machine didn’t produce ice.Not a great start but hey, no one’s perfect.The fries were about the same temperature as the pop, but only half as moist.Not looking good coming into the third round… the sandwich. Can this plant based chicken thinger turn it around?!Fraid not.Just by looking at my sandwich I could tell whoever made it has never felt love in their life.I would go so far as to say they hated my sandwich but hate requires passion and energy. This person drowned in despair and sorrow which is fitting seeing how they drowned my sandwich in mayonnaise.Seeing as this a new local startup I’ll give them another chance if they reply and we can work things out.

Ok I did an online order for pickup. I figured it would be about 15-20 minutes. Went in to get order and it wasn't ready yet. I watched as 4 other people walked in and placed their orders and got them before I did. I waited an extra 20 mins before I got min. I get my order home and find the Pepsi not there. The fries cold. I tried calling the location and no answer. I'm not expressed.
