Was here an vacation and got a great manicure/pedicure. Very thorough & pleasant. Fair price.

There’s one girl working here who’s incredibly friendly, but the others, not so much. That wouldn’t bother me if they were able to do an amazing job, but I asked for a marble nail and got these squiggles instead. I used to go here regularly but after a few mess ups and then charging me what others charge for superior work, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I am usually satisfied with the nail extensions, but this time a new tech did my nails and they are now lifting. They look rough and very amateurish. Not worth the $60 I paid, more like $25. Pretty disappointing and I'm contemplating on whether or not to return.

Ruined my nails by dunking them in strong nail polish remover. Literally in a bowl … with the masks and the partition I couldn’t smell it until it was too late. My nails have since become brittle and broken. I’d rather pay MORE and get good quality service than someone who has no idea how to do something other than basic painting.I’ve always had lovely polished and fairly long nails. This lady has completely messed up my nails. Not recommended at all. Please pay a professional $5 more and get them done right.

Saw all the good reviews and gave it a shot. TOTAL MISS. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed for wasting $70. Just came out. Worst shellac/mani/pedi I have had. The painting is lumpy and uneven, and so badly done, I just scratched my nephew with the rough edges.Furthermore, she painted shellac ON my skin, didn’t clean it, and the clear coat of shellac is also on my skin... only realized it later. So much for “relaxing” on the chair... and to finish, she calls the kid (I’d guess he’s 12-13yo) to apply oil and do the hand massage. Incredibly uncomfortable. Absolutely NEVER going back.

I would advise against coming here. The quality vs the amount you pay is insane.The lady that took care of me rushed through the job.1) she used fake extension to rip off the old acrylic off my nails. In process she ended up hurting me and the pain is still there after 7/8 hours.2)They didn’t do base coat and they rushed through painting. Even with 2 coats, you can see that there is streaks in the nail polish. The paint job cleanup was sloppy and un even.3) nails were not properly shaped even after correcting the technician. At that point I didn’t have time to keep sitting and correction.Overall if you have 55$ cash to spill for emergency one night then come

I got acrylics from somewhere else and was very disappointed. I went there hoping they could help correct the shape of my nails growing upwards. The last spot did a very bad job and they were on a terrible angle. I showed the tech and asked her if she could do something about it. I got a whole new set and they are PERFECT. If you have ski slope type nails, just tell the tech you want them corrected, the owner is really good at it. I was worried about the removing of the old set because I read in the reviews they would just rip it off!?!? They did but it's actually not painful and was kinda interesting to watch. Anyway I love my new set and the shape is just right. If you are not in a hurry, this is a great spot. I payed 50$ for the whole thing which is surprisingly inexpensive for good nails in the city.

The nail tech made my nails uneven by rushing the process and was very rude. I would give a zero star, if possible. I didn’t like the experience at all.

I've been going here for almost a year, and I won't go anywhere else in Montreal. I have never been disappointed with my nails, and the service is always so great. The ladies working there are very friendly, especially the owner! Reasonable prices, fast service, and excellent results.
