I recently had my motorcycle safetied here.The owner does not communicate very well at all.I literally had to call all the time to see what was happening with the bike.I was never once given an estimate for the work to be done!!!He told me all it needed was brakes fixed and a small oil leak from one cylinder which could be fixed with silicone!!!It took almost a week to do that little amount of work!!He told me that front pads would take 4-10 days to arrive!!?? Time to to get a new supplier!!So I got them myself the same day!!!Then he found another problem with the rear calliper bolt being stripped.Long story short!!For literally 2 hours work (for someone that knows what they are doing)??He charged me $590!!!I would never recommend anyone to this shop!!Prices are ridiculous!!Very disappointed!!!

Was charged 64.00 without even knowing it. I was not asked or told about any fees whatsoever just to look at the car. Was just given the bill with not a word of warning I’d be charged. Then the guy tried to con me into a job needing 2 hours of labour when 2 other places could do it in 1 hour. Very upset with this place.

Down to earth, honest and reasonable. No complaints. Definitely recommend.

Definitely don't recommend this shop. Bad experience

Recently had my brakes done. I cannot say enough about the customer service, quality of work, and integrity of the management. I dropped in, asked for a quote, without them seeing my vehicle. I was given a very fair one based I what I was previously told. They did not try to upsell me the Cadillac of brakes for my 2012 SUV. Not only did they do my brakes, I had a couple filters changed that were not available last time I had an oil change done elsewhere. When it was time to come pick up my vehicle it was not only pouring rain, but lightning. I had mentioned I needed the car that evening and would be there as soon as there was a break in the weather. Minutes later I got a call, and I was offered a ride. I am not sure if this is normal small town service, but I was very moved by the offer and pleased. It gets better. When I went to pay my bill, IT WAS LESS THAN QUOTED! We all live in fear of getting the bill from the garage. I must have had that puzzled look on my face. Thank you for your service is what he said. Yes, I am a Veteran. Well, A & D Automotive, thank you for the incredible service and kindness. I will be back!

I’ve been going to A & D Automotive for the past few years since I moved into the area. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable, competent, professional and courteous mechanic. The owner Al is an absolute pleasure to deal with and he certainly knows his stuff. I have had my 1982 Fiat Spider in for a variety of reasons and the work done on my vehicle has been top flight. Quite simply, Al is an excellent mechanic.

Brought my used motorcycle in for a safety inspection. Fast and friendly service, owner is nice to work with and reasonable.

Al was great. Very accommodating and got my motorcycle tire swapped next day.

Reasonable prices and good experience. Al was quick and knowledgeable.
