The staff here are phenomenal. Even though we showed up on short notice, they were enthusiastic about finding a vehicle that would meet our needs.

So far experience has been great! I was in a car accident before Christmas and had no vehicle for the Hollidays. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to rent a car with my G2 licence but they were more then happy to rent to me and the prices are very fair compared to other companies. The car is very clean and is in great condition, nothing but a good experience so far with the staff and company. I have extended my rental three times already with no issues at all. I rented for 4 months straight from april to october. Change vehicle for 8 times depending on MY NEED. Not a single time They could not meet my requirement. They dis their best to always make an arrangement for me. Christian demonstrated the greatest custome service skill.

Rented a wrangler Jeep to take to Toronto. Fella that did rental was pretty decent, nice, friendly. Jeep took $220 of gas to go 850km ish. That’s great in my books.

Didn't have the vehicle I rented. Also wouldn't take my cash as legal tender. Had to call my wife to use her credit card. Then charged me 700$ for a Hyundai. Very disappointed. The rep I had was very nice tho it was out of his hands. Definitely going to use hertz next time.Edit: they have reached out and asked for the details. It's not about the money. It's about the customer service and accuracy of my rental. I just don't believe in businesses operating this way. Might as well be uhaul. Don't rent if you don't have. Calling to let the customer know his rental he booked is not available. Don't throw money at me I don't need it. An accurate idea of the vehicle I will be driving as well as the same discounts franchise to franchise would've and was expected.

Drove a 2021 Mazda CX5 and the drive experience was fantastic. Such well maintained car. Loved the customer centric attitude and care of each and every employee of this particular store. Will definitely book from here next time.
