What you would expect from a good fast food joint. Quick service, great looking burger and tasty food. (You cannot compare the appearance of A&W's burgers with other brands, it's just unfair for the others). Been to that spot a couple times now before I made this review and I'm always satisfied.

The papa burgers were delicious and juicy, the fries were PERFECT and the root beer in a frozen mug was delicious and thirst quenching! Definitely a good choice for a nice, juicy burger with fries! :-)

Honestly, my first experience with this particular location was it's opening day. On that day I ordered an Uncle burger trio, to go. When I arrived home, much to my disappointment, I discovered my burger was almost totally uncooked, therefore, incredible. I returned today 11/25/2019 to give the location a second chance. I ordered a Papa Royal". This time I was far far happier with the results. The burger was excellent

Bought 2 iced regular coffee both of the cup were half empty clearly not fill to the top. What's the point of getting the regular one if it is the same quantity as the small one? Sorry thats no good customer service.

This is actually the best A&W I've ever been to. The employees care and the food is always made fresh. Fries and hot and beyond meat burger is always made proper. Thanks guys!

Fresh,big hamburgers & fries, root beer were delicious! No combos yet?Nice & cool place to eat, they have even sink for kid there to wash hands before meal.

Service is terrible, waited in the drive through for 10 minutes no one was there so i parked and went inside. The employee totally ignored me and went to serve the drive through and served 3 cars while i was alone infront of him for 5 minutes. So i told him that i was waiting outside so he did an annoyed face and ignored me again and went to the kitchen and told his friend « i’m not dealing with her now » worst service i ever had, i work just next to it so i go there every day for lunch and breakfast. But after today i’m never going back. Save yourself some time and go to mcdonalds just 2 minutes away

Service was mediocre, the entire staff seemed to be lost. Onion rings were so greasy as to be almost inedible. The root beer was almost flat. The teenburgers were barely ok but might have been better if we could have eaten them when they were still hot but we had to wait almost ten minutes for the onion rings so by the time we got to them they were just warm.Then there was the bill. Can someone tell me how a special for two teenburgers, rings and Root beer at 14.99 ends up costing $20.43???We can't figure it out. I could go on, but what would be the point? I waited two days to post this because I needed to cool off a little bit. Anyways, I won't be going back to that location again.

Overall, everything with my order was fine. Service was fast and friendly. The only issue I had was that they seemed to have skipped out on the serving of fries. Other than that, it was alright.
