Matt Evans Mortgages

We met with Matt to discuss him assisting us with our mortgage renewal to find the best rates. We met with him before moving abroad as our mortgage was set to renew while living abroad. He was very friendly at our first meeting and agreed to help us. After our initial communication, Matt took days to weeks to answer our emails after several follow up emails, would not return our phone calls, and only ultimately returned our phone calls after our mortgage renewal deadline. He communicated poorly and untimely to our correspondence and did not live up to the services that he agreed he would help us out with. We would've been fine if he told us he wouldn't be able to assist us but he committed and fell through on all aspects of his commitment.
