I highly recommend that you NOT use these people. Bill and his associates are frankly not worth the time and money to use as a Credit Collections agency. They are lax, do not return calls or emails and do not provide updates on your case file when requested. They are also are entirely incompetent in finding and tracking down a debtor. In my particular case I called for an update and received none. When I finally got a hold of Bill (the owner) he said they lost" the guy and could not go ahead. I spent 10 seconds on Google and provided them with leads to find him not ONCE but TWICE. Even with all the info I provided twice they have no skills to investigate

I highly recommendTO NOT USE THIS Company .They Took all my bank information to do a etransfer...I never got the etransfer , they always found an excuse .Even told me to send a cheque with companies name on itI Did everything they asked me to do without hesitationjust for them to ignore me threw email and calls ,the claim i initially put out was for 2586.96I Told them to cancel the claim / i would find someone else through email .,Then Sent me a cheque to my companies name ,i got sent 347,50they even charged an addition fee which was stated other " 35$I will now file a claim with another collection agency to them"

I used these guys for a collection service , they collected 8027.00 and changed me 4051.00 , they should have charged 1780 .00 deceptive business practices , do not use these guys , they take your money and will not refund , wont answer the phone , when you finally get through the owner bob just yells when your trying to talk , total rip-off , I don't think they even have an office. Once they get their hands on your receivables , they steal as much as they canRob

Watch out! Do not waste your time and money! we had extremely horrible experience with them. People in this collection business are nothing different than mafias. They don't care about their customers and reputation at all! They only care how much they can make from you even they do not perform what they promised to.

Very happy with their service. I will use them again.
