Very frustrating experience. Called ahead to let them know I’d be arriving just before closing. They assured me they do not lock up before 5 p.m. I pulled up several minutes before 5 p.m. and as I was stepping out of the car they were locking the door! They even saw me and didn’t choose to honour their hours. I checked the time on my phone to be sure I wasn’t too late. Could clearly see three staff behind the counter. I would understand if it was indeed 5 p.m., but it wasn’t.

We have been frying in the heat and the air conditioning in the van is less that optimal! We walked in hoping we would be able to get some suggestions on recharging the coolant and the clerk did not fail us. He was kind and knowledgeable. Definately go back. Thank you for your help.

Good quick service. Had what I needed in stock plus their tool rental program is really convenient . was a little a little dirty but it's a rental

When I need to go here I do because I'd like advice and a selection of parts. I went for a very minor part and had to convince the bored worker to help me and ended up having to buy a part isn't perfect for over double the price listed on their site. All the while having them argue I'm wrong.For all the competition PartSource has you'd think their customer service would be better.

Update, its been 2 weeks and I still can't get through on the phone so I went to another location.I would really like to give the customer service at Part Source a better rating but I'm incredibly frustrated. It's almost impossible to call and talk to someone. Yesterday I tried 3 times to call and order a part but kept getting placed on hold. The first time I hung up after 8 minutes.. the second time I hung up right away and called back and wasn't put on hold and talked to a very nice guy. I ordered my part and was told it would be in store by noon today. It's currently 3:07 pm and I've called 4 times since about 12:15 pm. I would have like to check to see if my part is in before I take the time to drive down there, reasonably enough I would say, Each time I was put on hold. The first 2 calls I hung up after 10 minutes the third call I hung up after 6 minutes and this last call I gave up after 2 minutes. It's really too bad because when I do get to talk to someone they are the nicest guys but I just dont have the daytime minutes or the time to be sitting on hold for years. I guess I'll wait for them to call me wondering why I haven't picked up my part yet.

Kinda disappointed with the regent ave. Location as they had ordered in the wrong parts on 2 separate occasions & when I returned the one part,they had asked if I could not tear the box when returning a part..Might I add it was a passenger side cv axle I needed & they ordered the driver side..I let them know how I felt about their comment by stating I am losing 2 days work becuz if the incorrect order & having to borrow a vehichle to pick up,return & pick up again hopefully tge correct axle..So really,I'm sorry a flap on the box was torn..

Moderate selection of parts for a moderate price. Most parts on site.Overall decent. The need to order common parts from their warehouse and the fact there are better prices in town get them 3 stars. Staff are all pleasant but limited in knowledge. They hire young folks what they need are retired mechanics who can offer good advice. This would make the slightly higher price warranted. But the younger folks do know a bit.

They have hardly any inventory. Looks like a company about die in bricks and mortar and go online.

staff is very rude with customer. they not listen the custmer views. i bouht a lug nut for my car and they gave me wrong. when i tried to install that was not proper fit. and my car boult is damage. after that i was go to back store. but they were not listen me.
