The place is 5 star. Almost every house hold thing you can get easily and in a very good price. Staff is very polite . Always eager to. Help any one without any kind of racism. Parking is also quite big and hold capacity of around 1000 vehicles at a moment. You will enjoy the place with family for sure

I went to buy 4 car tires and stock was showing 10I talked to the service department and they said, you can’t get only the tires you need to install them also if they are on saleAfter he went and talked to manager and he was told to proceed with the purchaseAfter 20 min of waiting he came back and said I can sell you only 3 and when I showed him what in stock, the reply was if you want take 3 for now that all I can do.All I did place order online and next day I picked up same tires from same store.I don’t know what kind of service is this, not polite and not friendly at all. Other person next day was so helpfulManagement need to look what they are hiring

I am writing to express my deep frustration and anger regarding a recent experience I had at one of your stores. Today, I visited the store to inquire about a replacement for the sprinkler that I had purchased some year ago. However, to my dismay, the customer support representative informed me that they were unable to locate any records of my order. The reason provided was that your system cannot search for any data prior to August 2021. This limitation is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that the product in question comes with a five-year support period. As a loyal customer, I expect to be able to rely on your company's warranty and support services. However, this incident has left me deeply disappointed.Furthermore, it is worth noting that if a customer misplaces a receipt, purchasing through a Canadian Tyre credit card should still enable the retrieval of the receipt at any time. Unfortunately, the store employee was unable to find my receipt because your records no longer include data before August 2021. This situation prevented my product from being honored under the warranty.I must emphasize my dissatisfaction with this turn of events. It is unacceptable that I, as a customer, am being denied the warranty coverage that I am entitled to. As a result, I have made the decision to dispose of the product and will no longer consider purchasing any Yardworks products in the future.I would like to emphasize two more crucial points that I learned from this unfortunate incident. The specific product I bought, Yardworks Dry Seal Multi-Adjustable Oscillating Lawn Water Sprinkler (3900 sq.ft, product no. 059-7182-6), turned out to be extremely flimsy and of poor quality. In contrast, I also purchased the Gardena ZoomMaxx Frost Proof Oscillating Sprinkler on Metal Spike (76-2300 sq.ft, product no. 059-0810-4) at the same time, and it has been functioning flawlessly for two to three years now. After just a couple of years, the Yardworks sprinkler failed to oscillate back and forth, rendering it useless. I felt compelled to share this information to caution others about the subpar quality of Yardworks products.Secondly, I was surprised to learn that as a customer who relies on Triangle Credit, the absence of a receipt means I am unable to receive warranty support. I chose to use the Canadian Tire credit card service with the belief that it would provide me with additional benefits, such as easier access to warranty coverage when needed. However, my recent experience shattered that expectation. It is perplexing that the only requirement for obtaining warranty support is to retain the receipt. If this were the case, I could have simply used any other credit or debit card and kept the receipt for future reference. To my astonishment, I was informed that the store does not have a database containing records prior to August 2021.I believe it is crucial for customers to have confidence in the products they purchase and the support they receive. Ensuring reliable product quality and a customer-friendly warranty process will go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.I appreciate your attention to these matters and thank you for reading my review for far. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future. One suggestion would be to maintain a comprehensive database of customer purchases for at least five years or implement an automated email process similar to that of Home Depot" which sends purchase receipts directly to the customer's email after purchase. These measures would greatly enhance the convenience and reliability of your warranty support system.Thank you for your attention to this matter."

Canadian Tire is the place where you get everything whether it's your car, kitchen utensils, yard tools, winter equipments, furnitures etc. But compared with other stores canadian tire is expensive. Some items are on sale that too are expensive. Car service is very expensive as well. I have nissan altima 2012 my low beam bulb got damaged they were asking for $160. And I paid $25 to local auto shop and they fixed it.$160 is too much as compared with $25.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this store. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never picked up the phone. The customer service was absolutely terrible, with no one willing to assist or provide any help whatsoever. Normally, I give positive reviews, but this time I must say that the service I received was truly abysmal. This store urgently needs to make some serious changes to improve their customer service. It is essential for them to prioritize effective communication and provide assistance to customers in a timely manner.

Poor customer service waiting times in Parts Department. No one at the counter. Six people waiting in line (2 ppl behind me) for at least 20 minutes on a Sunday. Called out to the Service Department nearby to contact the Store Manager. The attendant was hesitant to assist. Someone eventually showed up. Canadian Tire -- do better.

VERY BAD SERVICE. LONGER WAIT NO RESULTS!!I have been through this location so many times but had a very bad experience with automotive service department.I got winter tire repaired on 5th March 2023 for nail puncture. whithin a week air was leaking and they repaired same patch on 12th march. Next morning I was about to leave for work and noticed flat tire. Again they repaired same patch on 14st March. Next morning I noticed flat tire and they repaired same patch for 4th time on 17th march. Every time either I had to wait for 3 hours or I had to left car overnight at their place.I asked customer representative how many times I have to come here for same problem. So he said every time your tire gets leak till 100 days. FYI, I bought tire from Canadian tire and got installed from them in 2019. tires are still under warranty. So, basically they don't want to honour tire warranty and they want me to visit store every other day for same problem.Customer service couldn't do anything, even spoke with store manager. I don't understand that why they don't do work on time and make people wait hours. Not even a single word of apology from staff, service manager or store manager after conversation even I was discussing everything in polite way.I would like to warn people do not make your life difficult by visiting this location for your vehicle repair please. You will not get it done on time ever!

Good for buying home products and small home projects. Would not do auto service here, bad experience from them over tightening a nut. Clean place. They are always under renovation! They have a party city inside now! Clearance section is always a crazy mess, 2 bins with random red bins.
