Fantastic customer-centric service! Went in looking for a bigger SUV and worked with Oliver. He was an outstanding salesperson! Took an interest in my wife and me right away, he was very understanding, asked the right questions, and gave us total confidence in their brand! Each time we walked into the showroom we were happily greeted by all salespeople. We ended up driving away with a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport! If I could give a 6 or 7 out of 5 I would! Highly Recommend buying your next vehicle here!

I recently took my VW Beetle in for the 60km service . I had booked my service on line via their Taylor Volkswagen website. The fee was $652.74 and it listed all the services that were included in that fee. When I arrived at VW Service I was informed that the fee for 60KM would be $1026.83! He handed me a pamphlet with the various service charges for 60km and it didn’t have the charge that I had booked on their website. I was instantly infuriated as I had to tell them I booked on line and that was not the amount that I had booked. I showed them my phone where their own website clearly stated $652.74was the fee for 60km service.He then said oh that’s factory recommended ! I said well that’s what I booked and I’m not paying a penny more! I find this type of practice very deceitful! If I had not researched and booked on line prior to going for service I would have been led to believe that $1026.83 was my only option. They’re website charges and their own pamphlet charges don’t even align! Be cautious when taking your vehicle in for the recommended 60km service !!I will never take my car there for service again!

Steve in the parts departments is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Extremely disappointed and would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location.

I bought a brand new Tiguan in the summer, and since then, the customer service has been non existent. When I originally bought my Tiguan I paid extra for a remote start to be installed in my car, this was back in July. I was told they might possibly even have one in stock that day that they could arrange to put in soon after. It’s been almost 4 months now and nobody has even contacted me, regarding my remote start or even if I am liking the vehicle. I had to go & contact them, & even over 3 months later they claim they JUST ordered my remote start, and that it won’t be here until December. Halfway through winter. I was also promised a phone call every week with updates on the situation and have received nothing once again. No excuses justify this, especially with purchases this big. Horrible experience and sadly do not recommend.Update: Miguel was very lovely to work with, worked hard and fast to earn my satisfaction back and arranged an appointment to occur only a few weeks from now. Definitely recommend working with Miguel if you are going to work with this dealership!

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Taylor Automotive VW. Specifically the Service Dept.Steve Gamble has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I haven’t been the easiest customer when it comes to cancellations etc, and despite that, they have been more than accommodating and patient with me. They are extremely professional and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Simply the best people!! The whole staff was super friendly and courteous from the moment i walked through the doors. Didn’t feel any pressure at all when deciding on my Atlas. Definitely recommend! I love my VW! Thanks guys!

I was traveling from Calgary to Ontario and began experiencing an EPC warning light on my 2018 VW Tiguan somewhere around Swift Current. I began calling around to all VW dealerships from there to Winnipeg and Taylor VW was the only dealership willing to see me on an emergency basis. This is where I first met Nick Kent or Clark Kent as I referred to him as he completely saved our trip. He got us in right away, diagnosed the issue with one of the fuel injectors, got us a taxi to our hotel for the night, made sure he got the parts needed and a technician on the job to ensure we got back on the road before end of day Friday so we weren't stuck there all weekend. On top of that he provided us a free 12 month road side assistance package from VW and a pair of VW gloves to boot as a nice gesture. Easily the best service I've ever received anywhere, thanks for everything Nick - You owned the problem and put our worries to rest getting us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Much appreciated!

You don't always think of going into a car dealership to be greeted with knowledge and honesty right? Taylor Volkswagen has it though! Impressed with service, customer care, and of course the great vehicle we purchased. Looking forward to the many kms and service down the road.

Purchased my VW Jetta in 2019 with additional all extended packages. The original cost was 32000 and paid 7000 additional for coverage. I had extended warranty till 120,000 including the first Canadian tire warranty and extended coverage. I have some issues with the charging point which was not working and it's part of extended coverage. I called and mentioned that the charging point not working and need to fix. It's part of my extended coverage and still, if there are any charges involved, let me know before doing any work. I called evening to know the status of the car tire repair. They mentioned that have to pay $200 to fix the charging point. If you don't have a warranty then need to pay $210 to fix it. I mentioned to no need to fix it if it was chargeable then the technician mentioned that if you not fixing it then have to pay a diagnostic charge which is $90. Mentioned from my end that if there are any charges before doing any work, let me know before process and still they are trying to rip money by false way of selling an extended package. DON'T BUY ANY EXTENDED PACKAGE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, IT IS NEVER WORTH IT AND NEVER TRUE WHEN YOU GOING TO CLAIM IT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.
