Great clinic with experienced staff. They helped me so much after a really bad bike accident where I couldn't even turn my neck and had severe wrist pain. I'm so thankful for these guys. They've helped me with my chronic lower back and knee pain as well using the Mckenzie technique. I highly recommend coming to mechphysio for your sport injuires etc. You won't be disappointed!!!

After bi-weekly sessions for several months, my back and neck pain were completely eliminated! I have been going to Mech Physio for the past year. I had a long wonderful conversation with Mariana before deciding to go there. I could not walk with a pinched nerve in my back. I met with Kendra who knew exactly what to do. I was in no pain after that first visit! I also have massages with Svetlana. Would not go anywhere else and highly recommend any of their staff.

I highly recommend Mech Physio! The staff is always welcoming, accomodating, and highly knowledgeable. Stacy professionally and effectively treated my arthritic hand and sciatic-related issues, and provided me with the exercises and skills to help maintain my positive results. My pain and mobility have improved tremendously under her care. Overall, a very positive experience from reception to treatment!

Great place to get rid of your muscle pain, especially with Stacey!! Very kind, caring, and funny. She always makes an hour session feel like 20 minutes and is very talented at what she does. Would always recommend!The receptionist is also amazing! Smart, quick, and very organized. It's easy to tell she's got a lot of experience helping people out.
