Phones can be busy sometimes but the front desk staff are incredibly respectful and polite. Dr. Farhat is one of the most patient doctors I have dealt with in the city; he really listens to you and cares for his patients.

Dr. Farhat is an amazing family doctor. My wife and I have a great experience with him.The only issue I have with this clinic is they don't have email address on their website. So the only way to contact them is a phone call which is sometimes takes too long.

Horrible front desk service. There’s always at least two employees but they manage to ignore you while doing nothing on the computer. At least pretend you’re typing? Also if you call you either get placed on automatic hold forever or they direct you straight to voicemail. I don’t know what keeps them so busy that they won’t bother even picking up the phone, but I think they should change the staff as they are so lazy and incompetent.

My wife and I have been patients here for the last 8 months and we would recommend this clinic. Both the family doctors we've seen have been good. They're patient, they listen to the patient's concerns, and try to address them. Also had the chance to see an internal medicine doctor here (as I understand he works at the clinic periodically to see patients as needed); it's quite helpful (and rare?) to be able to access a specialist at a family practice.Front desk has always been courteous and efficient. Only area to improve is that occasionally they just don't pick up and there's no way to leave a message.

Phones not answered. Appointment changes made to you last minute. No care for patients. I confirmed my appointment on the very day and yet they managed to screw me over and changed it to an earlier time so i missed my appointment. Pretty much done with this clinic. Bye and no thanks for being helpful.

10/2021 Went here once and the service was as you would expect friendly and timely. That doctor left for a different practice.05/2022 Called emailed and left a message no one returns my calls or picks up the phone (this is a wednesday) just looking to get blood work done6/2022 Called emailed and left messages because I sprained my ankle. nothing.Dont bother.

Doctors are great, and I would recommend all the doctors at this office.BUT they getting though on the phone is BRUTAL.I waited on hold for 25 minutes, hanging up in frustration. I live close so I drove there only to see there was no one in the waiting area... Are you guys just playing solitaire or what?I guarantee they are losing business due to this.

Everytime I call, it tells me to leave a message they never answer.. ridiculous. I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Doctors are lovely but to get an appointment is absolutely ridiculous
