Cl3an sites with great playgrounds, trails and gorgeous little beach. Couple of decent fishing spots along with lots of walking trails.

Wifi signal is poor, bay 3 is the best campsite for tent camping. Beach is near, there is a modern washroom. Garbage area was clean. There are playgrounds for the kids. CLEAN PARKING. 5 STARS FOR ME, WILL GO BACK THERE

Nice place. Clean showers, washrooms and campsites. The beach was rather small but was shallow enough for younger kids. water was clear. The hiking trail is great for parents with small ones as it was easy hike to.There is a dam along one of the trail which is a nice feature but you'd be disappointed to go to if the overflow is closed.

Sites are huge! Sadly, the one I was in, was sloped, but didn't stop the enjoyment of being there. Was nice to see they had a horse shoe pit(which I used) and I was impressed by the lake when I took my canoe out. It's great they have showers(hot days made them a must lol)

Loved this campground, was well maintained and a great experience! Put ALL your food away at night, we had a skunk visit in the early mornings! (Remember to bring a few loonies and toonies if you want to shower)

Stephenfield Provincial Park
Beautiful Park (Provincial) and a hour and so from Winnipeg. Family friendly, clean washrooms, well maintained. We stayed in Yurt 1. Cozy, clean, organized, bunk beds (firm mattress), futon, dresser. Beach is child friendly, play structure, basketball court, hiking and bike trails, water sports, there's 2 boat launch, fishing by dam. Bring loonies or toonies for the shower. Fun for families. 4G network via Telus (slow).

We enjoyed camping here. They are large sites, that feel very private from your neighbours. The washrooms are clean. The hiking trails and the lake are very pretty. Lots of people were boating and swimming. Just be sure to grab some firewood from the vendor just outside the park, as there isn't any provided inside the park.

Relaxed family friendly atmosphere. The beach has nice soft sand and the entire swimming area does not get very deep. Little kids have a lot of shallow space in the water to run around.

Wow, this place awesome. Stayed 3 nights and just found it very relaxing. Bathrooms and showers were fairly new(main road). Bathrooms in bays were older but still kept fairly clean. Beautiful views over the lake and of hills as your driving in.Cell phone service was very poor. However, if your looking for a unwind were your not constantly looking at your phone, this is am amazing place. Definitly want to go again very soon.
