I ordered an item off their eBay store. Messaged them multiple times about picking up locally since we both live in Windsor. Didn't hear back so I called the store. The owner told me he would be in and out of the store throughout the day and he wasn't lying. He was randomly gone from 11:30-1:30 then again in the afternoon for a couple hours. He said if he did leave the store he would leave my item in the mailbox. I stopped by the store twice and both times the item was not there. Terrible service. Terrible communication.

I went in there for some parts, and instead of selling me everything blindly, the guy behind the counter took some time to find out what I was doing and educated me to know I didn't need all the parts I had asked for. Learned something and saved some cash, I would recommend them to my friends.

Poor communication, pricey and low empathy.After some poor communication he reset my window for 90 dollars, when I previously said I didn’t want that. When comes up that I lost some files, he said he could charge more 100 dollars to try finding those missing files, I think he could have more empathy after all what happened and made a better price to try recover my files, at least it is what I expect from a good customer service, once he doesn’t need to have a hard work for that, just put the program to scan in the computer. Anyway, I got disappointed, I liked there before. I don’t think I’m going to go back there again.

Dropped my PC off because I thought it had issues displaying images. Turns out my RAM had come unseated, and the crew got it fixed up in no time. I'll be returning for any and all PC related sevice and upgrades. Cheers!
