Nice bright and clean, fully stocked .Service was awesome. Ypung man was cheerful and fast .

It’s too bad this place isn’t very customer oriented… I was only greeted in the store by one worker; a beautiful young lady who looked to be in her 20’s with longer black hair. She helped me with some wine selections, she was giving me some excellent product knowledge. Then I asked for some help choosing some products that she said she wasn’t as confident in helping me with. She stated she would grab her product consultant to aid me with my other selections.I witnessed the product consultant, 400 pound man sitting at customer service ignore her. He wasn’t busy or helping anyone else or anything. I watched her wait 5 minutes for him to give her the time of day. She then came back to us and apologized for his unmotivated desire to help us. I felt so bad for her, to be ignored. You could tell she really wanted to help us.We decided to go somewhere else where people were more willing to help.

OK...I don't normally rate BC Liquor stores but I felt this one deserves it. It's big, spacious and has the best selection of beer and wine I've seen. Especially BC wines and those bottled locally. If you want selection definitely go here. Service is really great too. I've been asked by employees if they can help me find something every time I've been there. Highly recommend!

Government liquor store always cheaper

The lady working at the till with dark hair & pink makeup & nails needs customer service training. Wasn’t even greeted she just yelled “ID “ at me and that’s the only thing she said. Kindness & a smile goes a longggggggg way.

I love the fact that if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll do their best to get it for you. Amazing staff and what they do carry, is an amazing selection.

Huge selection, cold beer too. Great service and fast moving lines even in the busiest day.

Wide variety of products, if you are looking for something special they have a huge selection of vines from around British Columbia as well as worldwide.Never tried this Bowmore 12, relatively cheap option, but has a very specific flavor. If you like blended scotch, this single malt tastes just like it.

The last couple of times I've been in Jon has helped me. He's very cheery and even recalled my drink of choice! I'm impressed!
