Tommy from the sales team has been nothing but great to us. Straight to the point, no wasting time and very professional. We had few questions about the warranty and he said he will ask and get back to us, and indeed he did. We ended up buying the RDX and couldn’t be happier about the service we got. Highly recommend this location.

I bought a $22K Civic here. In good overall condition, the sales were friendly and the process was smooth. So, not issues with this.However, I've started seeing issues later. They sold the car as safetied, prepared for the road, and refreshed. What I saw later:- a 3+ years old cabin filter (yes, it was even signed);- same looking engine air filter;- stale oil;- completely missed lower front engine cover (almost a $200 part);- when I first looked at the car, I saw a nail stuck in one of the tires. I asked them to fix it or even better replace the tires completely because they are somewhere on the edge between death and their last few thousands km.OK, they didn't replace the tires. But, later I saw that they even did not bother to remove the nail!Sum-up:- so far after a normal servicing I'm happy with the overall condition of the car;- sales were good;BUT. If they save a few bucks on fresh filters, oil, piece of plastic, and didn't spend 15 minutes fixing the nail in the tire, it shows that they didn't bother themselves with checking the car at all.You save $100 now, I buy the next car in another place. Not smart.

Had a great buying experience at Camco Acura. Joe made everything so easy with his open, honest and professional approach to sales. Got a great car at a fair price and was given excellent value for my trade. Ran into a few issues post delivery that was no fault of the dealership and between Joe and James the service manager, they continued to provide great support to help maintain a positive post purchase experience. I purchased my first Acura from Tommy at this location and I can say I am very pleased with the service and product I received. He kept me informed throughout the process there were some delays but he was always on top of it and quick to respond to any questions I had. The pick up of the vehicle went extremely smooth with Tyler and Tommy and they were very informative of all the extended warranty and packages they could offer me. I traded in my old vehicle for the new one and it was a seamless experience. I highly recommend dealing with Acura Camco for any future vehicle purchases! Thank you again for all your help!

The warranty on my husband's car was nearly expired but James Vorobej, the service manager really stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of for us. He always goes above and beyond for the customers and we really appreciate it.
