Today I went to Mobile Klink to find a phone case. Upon entering the store, there were 5 people behind the counter: 2 people sitting and 3 standing. I looked for what I needed, didn't find it. I turned to look at the 5 of them for customer service help. None offered to help. One begrudging person stepped forward and asked if he could help. They weren't able to help as it turns out. Mobile Klink employees need to understand the concept of customer service because what I experienced today was anything but service let alone to a customer!

Kanwarpal did excellent I came in to fix a phone and thought I was paying 200 . He told me it's under warranty and offered to switch me to koodo . Now I pay half the price I did and I got a free case for the phone that's being fixed for free. best service thanks man

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all of my questions made the entire process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this employee, and the shop, to anyone in need of a phone repair. Five stars!

Outstanding!Wife hospitalized and Cell Phone we purchased from Mobile had gone Black.Unfortunately my Spouse is in Quarantine at KGH and this was her only way to communicate and to have some entertainment.Lucas the Representative was knowledgeable and compassionate. Within 30 minutes I had a trade in Deal with a new Cell Phone for my Wife.We are both very grateful and you have our loyalty we will never deal anywhere else.

Purchased android phone, koodo plan.Staff was friendly and helpful...understatement. koodo messed up on port and as a carrier had misgivings.Payne and staff addressed all deficiencies on both returning visits as problems arose.I am patient when staff are compassionate to a cause not my fault. Much appreciate the time and effort. Will highly recommend.

NO communication. Went in Nov 17, 2022. Was told the part would be in on Nov 22. Had to call them to check the status of the order, even though they had my # and email. Called again March 19, oh yeah
