This is worst bank ever. They don’t value client satisfaction. I regret opening my first account with them last 5 years !The financial advisor Ushnak Singh Namdhari did not call on time though I had booked a time slot. Unprofessional !! Secondly, rather than offering solution, he was totally uninterested in meeting client expectations. When asked, his comment was back end team changed rate though prime rate did not change last week. Zero customer satisfaction and inexperienced advisor. They don’t want to match rates what other banks are offering, zero competitiveness.I am sure their client relationship incharge will also be of no added value.

With regard to a CIBC investment account, simple renewal instructions were not followed and thereby funds were missing" in my account. Erroneous transactions had been made. This resulted in both a loss of immediate financial interest and changes to the products' maturity dates

All calls go to voicemail. Client time is not respected. A commitment for a scheduled telephone call appointment was not kept. This was by no means the first episode of bad service. Obviously, by extension, our investments are not respected. As my financial products reach their maturity dates, all will be transferred to another banking institution. This branch 07612, seems to have the highest incidence of complaints. Yet, the only thing that changes is the decor.

I left my previous bank because majority of the employees at the branch enjoyed talking amongst themselves when a huge line of clients would form. Today at 1 pm - it was unfortunate that I was at the front to ask a question to the front host, and even after staring at me he ignored me to continue talking to another employee who seemed to not be on the clock…. The people at the counter were super nice however.Guess it’s time to change banks again!

terrible branch to go to.. they are lacking in poor communication skills.. I booked an appointment over the phone to pick up a debit card. upon arriving there they told me that there was no appointment that was booked for me.. so instead of getting me to see an advisor seeing the manager told me I can go and book an appointment somewhere else. why would I waste my time and book somewhere else if I came in here in the first place.. the branch was not even busy. it's not that hard to help me out but you rather go and help someone else and tell me to go elsewhere. poor

I was book for appointment on Good Friday April 7 by Timarjot. Due to tiring work day, I did not notice the date. I left a voice message and requested for a call back. No call received the next day. I went to the bank and requested again for appointment and I noticed Timarjot was looking at me from her cabin and recognized me but did not care to say some words.All the reviews are bad about this bank. Authorities should take customers concerns seriously. This bank needs tough management to make associates work for customers.

The doors to the external atm’s are also closed once the bank is closed. Go to the one on Bramalea rd instead of looking for a nearby bank after hours or use the TD bank machines next door

ATM is closed after hours, very inconvenient. However I did have a good experience opening children's accounts. The lady was patient and pleasant when dealing with children.
