Brought my bracelet here that had a broken segment next to the clasp. I was expecting it to be junk and the repair man said it didn't look good since it wasn't full gold but he'd try anyway. I got a call back it was fixed and not only did they fix the segment they even fixed the loose lock. Only 25$, everyone was so friendly as well. I'll tell my friends about this place and come back for Sure. Thanks again.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind, dropped my engagement ring off to be cleaned and rhodium plated before my wedding, and everything was done exactly when they said, for the exact price they said, and ring looks as great as the day i received it. Definitely recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

Took my wife's engagement ring and wedding band for resizing and to repair her wedding band which had to be cut off and was a mess. They did an amazing job and stuck to there quote. Would highly recommend. Wife was ecstatic, thank you for a great job.!!

I took a cluster ring of my mother's who passed many years ago for Alison to re-size and clean for my youngest daughter (cause I tried to clean it and made it worse). And also fix a few loose diamonds. Have to say, Alison made it beautiful and it was ready in time for my little girl's birthday. She loved it. Amazing work! And the staff is AWESOME TOO! After over 51 years of wearing my wedding ring my knuckle had swollen and the ring had become very tight. I was able to remove it and brought it to AP Brown Jewellers for re-sizing. I was warned that because the band was quite wide the repair might be more expensive...perhaps over $45. After returning home I received a call to check whether a severe cut on the band was significant or if it was OK to do the alteration at that place? I assured them the the mark was due to a work related incident and that I would be pleased to have the sizing done at that point. I now have my ring back. The fit is perfect and the repair cost less than $51 including the tax. I am delighted with the work and with the excellent service I received. I have no hesitation in recommending AP Brown Jewellers and will return to them for future jewellery needs.

Just picked up my Black Alaskan ring that needed to be reset, since I lost the stone years ago. Took a while to get it back, as the stone needed to be ordered and there were delays due to the pandemic.So worth the wait. Allison did a great job. Looks like new. Definitely recommend A P Brown.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish.I knew next to or literally nothing about the whole engagement process when I came in to get an engagement ring for my boyfriend, but Allison was beyond helpful.I had a specific idea in mind, and I got to customize and pinpoint exactly what I had envisioned.With any kind of salesman/saleswoman, I'm usually weary of stating my budget, as usually they will ring up to the dime or over whatever you say - it's a sales tactic to maximize profits.Especially considering I knew nothing about this stuff (I was a sitting duck!) Allison did nothing of the sort.She helped me find something beautiful and perfect and well within my budget, she was helpful and polite. As other reviews here say the price will be exactly as she tells you up front.This location sells with honesty, integrity and respect.
