My favorite place! It's always been a pleasure to come here and chat with Zola. Sandy has really helped me by bringing me abroad to this journey. Kayla and Pena are really helpful and talented.

Went there for my consultation and there was no pressure whatsoever to push me Into getting something done. The staff went above and beyond for my consultation. Even giving me and my wife a bag of chips and some water. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I am yet to go to my first hair appointment though. The staff has been nothing less than kind, courteous, friendly, and professional. They understand the sensitive nature of losing your hair and are respectful of that as well. Will post update upon each visit.

Great staff! Ursula is fast, funny and very friendly. She always makes sure I look like a 10 every time I leave . Genuinely a great person but even a better stylist.

I'd like to appreciate Hairclub (Burlington branch) for their professional services. I'd like to commend Ryan - Branch Manager for giving time and listening to individual needs.Two stylists Cecilia & Eric are doing a great job. They understand client requirements and make sure they leave happy and satisfied. Welldone!

Highly recommend! The staff here are very knowledgeable regarding different treatments and solutions for hair loss. I liked that I didn’t get pressured by anyone to buy something I didn’t want. Everyone is friendly and always helpful if I have questions.

Coming up on one year at HC Burlington! The staff are absolutely amazing! Sandy and Zola are pleasant and friendly. They make the clients feel welcomed and appreciated. The stylists are all amazing as well. Cecilia and Eric take their time they don’t rush and they make sure you leave happier then you came in. All the staff are nice and welcoming. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in HC

I would like to start off with recognizing two staff members at the Burlington Location, the Manager Ryan, who has always showed compassion and understanding for all my needs, He's very professional and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. He always takes care of you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied before you leave. The other staff member I would like to acknowledge is, Cecilia the hair stylist. She is so kind and friendly and really takes time to listen to the customer's needs and wants . She always has a solution for them, She really takes pride in her job and it shows in her workmanship. I look forward to my appointments with her because she always does an amazing job and makes sure everything is perfected before I leave her chair. I would highly recommend this location for all your hair needs!

Used this place twice. Both times super disappointed. Not upfront about prices. They rescheduled almost every one of my appointments the day of and were extremely hard to get a hold of. Every time I went I dealt with a different person and they all said and had contradicting ideas of how the systems work best. They rushed you through ur first items so they can get you on a monthly payment plan which was more then a car payment even after I fought for a discount. I canceled my plan and they still are charging me next month payment even after all of these issues.

My experience dealing with Sandy from the Burlington location was so pleasant and at the same time she is always so professional, she actually listens to your feedback and works with you to find a solution and makes sure that you are satisfied and happy, she has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable, any of my questions and any concerns I have ever had, was answered on the spot and what she couldn't answer, she looked into immediately and was able to let me know before my appointment was over, she does a great job there and its always such a pleasure to deal with her

First of all, I fully understand that results vary with this experience, but I'm just about positive it made my hair fall out faster.Regardless, I've asked four times for my hair progress photos, and they haven't been sent. It's pretty well impossible to continue with treatment when I don't know if it's working or not!A bunch of money that would have been better spent on anything else.
