I have tried unsucessfully to reach you every day for over two weeks and still again today. Everytime I call, you are closed, or your lines are all busy... Please provide the hours you are open properly on your website, as at this moment, it states that you are open, which you are not as it is a Wednesday... Extrememly frustrating that we cannot receive the same help provided to tenants...

I can't rate them - no one ever picks up the phone, it rings then it hangs up, must be government program. I'm not trying to be despairing to the employees, I'm sure they do the best with what they know. LTB broken system. Ripped off by tenant(s) then you have to pay for the Government to even hear your problem(s) I got damaged property, their bills and they wont pay.I have bills to pay as well and work to get to. Thanks for the Vent...Be Safe People!D.N.H

the first woman is good service, really helpful. when i have more question want to know, then i called again, the second woman that sounds older age, i ask her a question, her attitude was rude and told me to figure out by myself, if i can figure out by myself why i need your service, you shouldnt work landlord help center.

In a place where the Landlord and Tenant Board favors the Tenant, it is valuable for small Landlords to have a place like the Landlord Self help. As many people mentioned in the reviews, not everyone being a small Landlord can afford a paralegal and when a tenant doesn't pay rent it could take 4 to 6 months to evict them which is not fair to the Landord who more likely have ongoing costs. Landlord Self-help have assisted me several times and I am grateful for it. Yes they do take time to answer, but it is free. I Have talked to Carolina who has been very patient and explained everything very well.

In Ontario we have a affordable housing issue, and the Trudeau Government promised new affordable housing in 10 years. So if the LTB gives you a hard time make your rental application harder. Pay for a pro to cover the angles.Get good tenants, on time rentAnd 720 credit scores.

Their service is valuable and great to a small landlord like me because you usually need to pay high consulting fee each time you ask a paralegal questions. After paying a small annual membership fee, I have called them numerous times, and everyone who picked up the phone is well experienced and patient, and they have answered all my questions satisfactorily and provided timely and useful advice. I recommend their service to all small landlords.

takes too long(sometimes never) to pickup phone, they then tell you to pay membership fee to answer any question. pretty sure you can get better/free advice from realtor or paralegal. don't waste time here
